Overall a worthy choice. The hotel is towards the twin towers. Only one thing I don’t understand is that the hotel seems to arrange low floor only to Chinese guests. All white peoples I saw in the hotel are on high floors. I deserve an explanation

Water that came out of the pipe into the bathtub was yellow with dirty debris everywhere. Had to flush the bathtub 2-3 times before the water runs clean. Told your staff about it and all I got was ‘I’ll notify the manager in charge’. Seems like it’s a pretty common thing. Brought my wife to the breakfast buffet, one of your male staff that’s short / far and wearing a spectator told my wife off that she can’t wear the room bathrobe down to eat. This is the first so called ‘5 star hotel’ that’s so disappointing.

Overall were great. Its just sometimes the connection for the mobile network coverage and tv were disrupted. No other issue.

Booked Traders Hotel to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary..loved all the services provided.. breakfast spread was damn good..very very beautiful interior designs..very friendly staffs.. everyone greets us and we feel so welcoming..in room dining food also very tasty.. received 2 pc of cupcakes with lovely anniversary wishes from the staffs as well.. balloons decoration as per request done.. they left extra rose and rose petals in our room..we felt so special... definitely will come again and this time wil bring our kids together 😁😁

Hotel location is best. Accessible to major shopping malls. Parking is the best, spacious and easy to get a parking compare to others city hotels. Although the room a bit old school type and the lightning not bright enough but overall is good. Front desk staffs are helpful.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and accommodating staff, hotel is located in the klcc park very close to the petrona towers where there is a huge mall underneath, this was great for food and other activities, there is a fountain light show on which is good to watch, was walking distance from train so access to other areas was easy, grab cabs where easy to use.food spread for breakfast was amazing!! We was offered free drinks and food in early evening this was a great bonus.. the shower I have to say was probably the best I have experienced for pressure!! The only down side I personally found was the pool was indoors and located in bar area so felt a bit weird swimming while others were there just for drinks etc..

Excellent hotel service. We booked a deluxe room with twins towel view. After checking in, we found an air-conditioning problem. The hotel manager immediately helped us change the room and updated. We went to traders club room with twins towel. Very satisfied with the service.

Free upgrade to twin tower room, very nice staff, this is my second time to stay here, next time when I come to KL I will choose Traders again😀

Great view from the room, what more could you ask? Staff is great but for all travellers that is tight, yall gotta have more money because they askin for deposit too.
