Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur Reviews

We are a family and we emailed the hotel 2 days before our travel requesting airport pick-up service but no reply. On our travel day, I contacted the hotel by calling their number and they replied to my email sharing information about their partner travel agency details for airport pickup. Since it was too late for us to contact the travel agent, we got a taxi from the airport for 280 RM which is way too expensive. The hotel travel agency charges 120 for 1-2 persons. 180 for 3-4 persons. Once we arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was smooth. The staff was warm and friendly. There is an Indian restaurant at 5 min walking distance called Dawat. The food was excellent. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Right in front of the hotel, there is a KK supermarket where we can use international cards for taking out Malaysian ringgit. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Convenient location, walking distance to Jalan Ah Lor food street, Sungei Wang, Lot 10 etc. Spacious room with toiletries. Clean and neat generally.

Exceeded expectations. The room did not come with breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Location is walking to Jalan Ah Lor no lack of nice food for dinner and supper. We also walked to Pavilion amazing locale.

I have stayed at this hotel for more than 5 times. Service was great at first but for the next few visit, service standard from the front desk and room service has dropped. Overall.. Still ok..

Loved the hotel so much! Great location, there’s a row of cafes and restaurants behind the hotel and across the street is the alor street food market and changkat, drinking joints. The staff were all very friendly and the room was huge! The only issue was the fridge wasn’t cold but other than that, I had a lovely stay. Would definitely be back! 🤩

This Hotel in KL that strategically located in the heart of bustling Kuala Lumpur between the entertainment hub of Bukit Bintang and colourful Chinatown. Before go to stay have send an email to request high floor room and quite room but The staff's attitude wasn't very good.

Whenever I came to Kuala Lumpur, Swiss garden Bukit bintang it's my first choice. Reasonable price and walking distance to jalan Alor for dinner or supper.

Had a great stay. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Looks quite newly renovated. Walking to Bukit bintang shopping area via jalan alor is probably safest because there is pedestrian pavement throughout most of the journey.

Didn't realised the hotel is off from Bukit Bintang. Booked during a promotion so use the savings to take taxi

Location was good, nearly bukit bintang shopping malls. I had been there several times. This time I had experienced poor customer service. Reception guy who is taller and wearing glasses improve his hospitality manner and customer service. I was checking after check-in time, and waiting for check-in, he was talking on phone, answering other customer while I was checking-in process. The way he handle and serving customer was terrible. Since it is just a night booking, I hadn’t deliver complaint about him.

Great location in the heart of city with many food choices around the hotel area. Just walk by without any traffic. The hotel have a big room n comfortable to stay. Definitely will come again.
