駅・ショッピングモール直結でアーケード商店街、熊本城へも徒歩圏内でとてもアクセスの良いホテルでした。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。

Verry convient verry good verry kind stafff

地理位置方便，商場有直通車到阿蘇駅，又近市電🚉可到熊本駅

The hotel is just above the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal and close to the city tram station. Downstairs is a shopping mall and convenience store. The twin room can open a 29-inch suitcase. The room overlooks Kumamoto Castle. The breakfast is delicious, but the TV in the room cannot use mobile phones. projection

It's ranked higher than a business hotel. The staff are very polite and well-trained. They also provided me with a room with a view of Kumamoto Castle. Also, since I was stuck in my room all day, I gave them a card that said I didn't need cleaning, but there was a paper bag with spare towels, water, etc. hanging on the door handle. This was my first time seeing a place like this. I was very impressed! I didn't see the amenities because I didn't need them, but I'm sure there were plenty. It was a really nice hotel and I was able to relax. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Kumamoto. The entrance was a little hard to find, but that's my only complaint. I was able to relax. I don't eat much in the morning, so I don't know about breakfast. I'd like to eat when I can 😁

The location is great, located above the bus terminal. The hotel is very beautiful, but the facilities in the room are a bit backward. There are few TV stations and no Netflix. The scale in the bathroom and toilet is obvious. It is not recommended.

非常方便的酒店

I was able to take a nice long soak in the bath, and the view from the room was amazing!! And best of all, there were lots of shops nearby, so it was very convenient! I'd like to use it again when I travel!

酒店位置很方便，就在商店街附近，吃的買的都很方便，前台服務員也很友善，酒店房間也很漂亮，很乾淨，房間面積在日本來說算比較大的了。
