Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way.
Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff.
Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment.
Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean.
Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.

The pillows are the fluffiest thing I ever felt…..The rooms are very spacious and comfortable .The simplicity of the door design is massive.food is amazing but service wants to make it little bit faster . Evening activities and Hi-tea is superb me and my family really enjoyed it.special thanks for Mr Piyush Mr Anish Ms soniya Ms sifa & Ms veena Niraamaya is the first priority for my next vacation

We had great time in Niraamaya Kumarakom. Welcoming with cheerful smile was quick and smart.Ms.Sifa escorted us to our beautiful ful villa called Thamara.The room was spacious, especially Bathrooms.We took a quick visit to spa as well. Restaurant called cafe samsara enriched our mouth and mind. I wish them all the success.... ❤️❤️

They have the best rooms, views. What stands out is that they have a Spa and a tie up with houseboat companies. I will come back again, that's for sure 😀 The resort is situated on the backwaters, so we had a lot of houseboats passing by in front, the staff are really welcoming and accommodating. They welcomed us with energizing drinks and during our entire stay, keep following up on feedbacks, services, provide innovative and informative suggestions which are very helpful for us. 😄 We booked the houseboat through them for the day and the whole boat was exclusively for us. They served us homemade Pomfret and Chicken with Kerela spices, the vegetable curry reminds me of my home. The route was scenic and calm with Mangroves on either side, the winds were so peaceful and the sounds from natural beings around were so exquisite. We had booked the Nirvana Massage which has (1 hour Abhiyanga and 30 mins of Shirodhara) followed by a very relaxing head massage. The therapists were very confident with their massage practices, they opened up all of my nodes of my joints in the back. I really liked Shirodhara massage. Very relaxing.

The view of the room is massive and very spacious.✨Im very happy with their service and food especially reception is doing a great job.they guide us for activities that we can do in kumarakom. We enjoyed the village experience very much. And also we tasted the toddy. It’s very tasty and a new experience to us. The reception lobby filled with a lot of smiles by soniya sifa and veenaeverytime they are greeting pleasant face. You can take ayurvedic massage from their spa the therapist vishnu is doing a great assistance for us.specal thanks for service team,chef,pradip and entire team

A Location worth a million bucks!! Added to this, the staff were one of the most courteous ever experienced. The Spa and the restaurant delivered as well. The entire stay was packaged in a leisurely fashion with some great culinary touches. Overall an experience worthy of a lifetime.

Fine stay for me and my wife. The resort is nestled in the shores of VEMBANAD lake with a natural beauty with lush plants and coloured BUTTERFLIES. Earlier we had some trouble to stay in the top floor rooms and one of the the staff called GEORGE who helped us to arrange a room in the ground floor as me and my husband are ABOVE 65. The evening activities after the tea session is a wonderful thing which all the guest especially kids are running and enjoying, more than that they have GOOSE(5 or 6 numbers also a part of this.

We have visited our resort for the 1st time and it was a nice experience overall. The hospitality which they give from check in to check out was awesome .. Especially the staffs Ms.Veena & Ms.Sifa and their kind gesture I must need to include .. #Happy days # Highly recommended one to all
