Exceptionally awesome service. Attentiveness of the staff blew me away. Special mention is due to Anjali a member of the staff who attended to me during my stay. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious! The food is out of the world and the customer service from every staff member is amazing! There are lots of activities in the resort to keep oneself amused without even leaving the property! The staff members are very helpful and I rate it a 5 out of 5 experience!

Best staycation ever!! The rooms were well maintained. Excellent services. Well maintained property. You have a lot to explore here. From fishing to kayaking and zip lining and what not . And the Food at their restaurant..is just exquisite!! The service staff ( especially Nikhil) is attentive and helpful. Overall 10/10

Wonderful location and beautiful views . Breakfast was awesome and good kids pool .nice activities to done . Dinner could have been better . Apart From that all good and would recommend to any one wishing to stay and would like to come back again

Very good service Milan, Nikhil and Siljo took very good care of us Food was great, rooms were very nice The chef was very welcoming and catered to all our dietary restrictions We had a wonderful 3 day stay and would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Kumarakom with family

It was an amazing experience at Zuri resort. We had a lot of fun and a good stay! They had zipline, paddle boat, shikhara, private Lagoon and a great view! The food was nice as well. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay!

A very pleasant and enriching experience. The staff like Nita’s and Sarathkumar were very helpful. Sangeetha of house keeping, Syed of tge egg section of the Coffee house and all the staff of the Front desk deserve special mention. A most relaxing and enriching experience. Thank you.
