They have the best rooms, views. What stands out is that they have a Spa and a tie up with houseboat companies. I will come back again, that's for sure 😀 The resort is situated on the backwaters, so we had a lot of houseboats passing by in front, the staff are really welcoming and accommodating. They welcomed us with energizing drinks and during our entire stay, keep following up on feedbacks, services, provide innovative and informative suggestions which are very helpful for us. 😄 We booked the houseboat through them for the day and the whole boat was exclusively for us. They served us homemade Pomfret and Chicken with Kerela spices, the vegetable curry reminds me of my home. The route was scenic and calm with Mangroves on either side, the winds were so peaceful and the sounds from natural beings around were so exquisite. We had booked the Nirvana Massage which has (1 hour Abhiyanga and 30 mins of Shirodhara) followed by a very relaxing head massage. The therapists were very confident with their massage practices, they opened up all of my nodes of my joints in the back. I really liked Shirodhara massage. Very relaxing.

This place clearly is past its prime from the looks of it. Our Deluxe Lagoon view room is past its ‘best by’ date. The furniture is fraying, the mirror has big stains, the room had a stink when we checked in, the aircon works only at one setting - 19 degrees. The woodwork has been shoddily repaired, the glass door has turned yellow with grime. The maintenance and upkeep of the property evidently de***ds serious attention. Sadly, when I attempted to show some pictures of the room to the ***agement, it barely caused any concern. I was informed that the extended Covid lockdown - and the tropical climate and moist air, has taken a huge toll on the property. In other words, we really can’t do much! However, supposedly a revamp of the property is underway - doesn’t help us though. While the explanation maybe valid, the nonchalant response was galling and totally unexpected. And any way, why shouldn’t we, as paying guests, expect better? At breakfast this morning, the papaya was un-ripened, the pineapple was overripe and discoloured. And the best. - they couldn’t find decent, fresh and ripe local bananas to serve! At lunch, the Thai green curry was spicy - so spicy and none of us four could eat more than one spoon. We refused to eat it and asked them to take it back. Yet amazingly, it appeared on our bill - no apologies offered. Naturally, we refused to pay for the dish. Quite eventful first 24 hours.

The stay was very good .all facilities at affordable price. Well maintained property with courteous staff .Thank you priya for arranging the special decoration and cake for our anniversary. Buffet was very tasty the pool area had photogenic atmosphere overall very pleasent stay. I will recommend to my friends also.

Best rooms and best views. Very nice ambience for a family vacation. The meandering pool villa is the best if travelling with kids as it gives direct access to the pool right outside the villa. The food at Ettukettu restaurant was also very yummy!! Want to call out Rahul, Kavi, Gloria and Anju for their brilliant service!!! Thank you for a beautiful stay!
