Great place to stay! The staff is friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable with city view. Breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices from fresh and to cooked food. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. It is very convenient to eat at the night market downstairs. The room is spacious and clean, the hygiene is also good, the view from the high floor is also very good, and the cost performance is very high

Housekeeping team are all very friendly, they are always smiling and welcoming us, also the receptionist guy who checked us in was very helpful, offered us luggage assistance. Security was very attentive too! Other than that, the rest of them are all rude lack of training horrible service! Especially the untidy uniform guy that prepared the coffee for us was super rude (standing with his hands on his hips while speaking to us impatiently and rudely) and his coffee was awful!! (Ps; we barely asked them any information however they’ll seem very annoyed)

Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.

The quality of the floors, finishings, bathroom, excellent. The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage. A very pleasant experience and welcome to china for them. Good location, convenient transportation, the train station is close at hand, the subway station to the airport is not far away, and it is also the starting station, everyone has a seat, the first bus is at 6:20 in the morning, and it takes half an hour to get to the airport. The ticket is 5 yuan, which is economical and fast😀, and you don't have to take a taxi anymore. The hotel has just opened, the decoration is grand and coordinated, the workmanship is exquisite, very nice👍. The equipment is complete and the quality is good🌺. The rooms on the south side have a wide view, overlooking the magnificent Kunming Station and the beautiful square in front of the station🐮. The room is clean and sanitary, and the bedding is comfortable. Good service. Good breakfast🍉.

We had a memorable experience during our family trip in Kunming. The Front desk staffs were so helpful, which was beyond our expectation. The Hotel is the prime location of the city. You can get all kind of vehicle and shops nearby the Hotel. I strongly recommended to others to stay over there and get wonderful hospitality

I chose many hotels online and was attracted by this inn. My children like attic rooms, so I booked one. The inn's service is very attentive. They will call in advance to confirm the arrival time and then pick us up at the intersection. The location is convenient for transportation and is very close to the old street. It is very convenient for travel. I also introduced my friends to stay here together. The two girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic during the check-in process and provided free photos in ethnic costumes. It is a very cost-effective inn and worth recommending!
