Excellent location and excellent service. If you need to catch an early flight in or out of Kunming, I highly recommend this property as they provide free drop off and pick up from airport.

Clean and good that they have shuttle bus to fetch us from hotel to airport. Also have a dedicated shelf for food deliveries

Good transport vehicle service between airport to hotel. And I received nice perform from the staffs. Very kind and deeply concerning and active. Also nice and clean room. Best breakfast as well.

Very convenient and helpful - had fluent English people on the phone and front desk which made all the difference as we could sort out pickup and drop off - though sometimes took a while before the phone was passed to them. Everything was great though would have been nice to have more restaurants! Limited to only 2…

Stayed one night for an early 8am flight out, location is about 10-15mins away from airport and the hotel will provide transport service starting at 6am. Hotel is about 50mins away from town. Room is clean and staff courteous.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable! Absolutely worth it for the price we paid! Would highly recommend!

We were transit at Kunming from Lijiang. It is located 15mins away from airport. When we checked in, our room got upgraded to executive floor. The front office duty manager Iris Wu was so kind, arrange late check out at 3.00pm..and arrange a transport to ferry us to airport. The driver Mr Devon Li is so kind to assist us. The room is spacious and clean. Around the hotel easy to get food and convenient store. Definitely will stay again if transit from Kun Ming.

Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is fantastic. Near the airport because we have an early morning flight the next day. I am very happy with the stay.

Near airport and airport shuttle available as long as you tell front desk early. Free cookie for Hilton members was really yummy too!

The room is very clean and environment is very good, front desk Service is very nice and efficient，concierge department was also very responsible and make a call to remind us need to take right time shuttle to Airport, and one more important item we want to really much appreciated for the driver whom picked us from Airport, our flight delayed one hour and we almost cannot catch up 22：20 shuttle, he was so well trained and politly to answer my call let us no rush, take our time! For sure we will book this Hilton hotel again if we transfer from Kunming Airport need one night Close to Airport during incoming trips. Happy New Year of the Dragon to everyone whom taking care of our trip. Thanks!

The room felt so new, like I was the first person to ever stay there. Excellent breakfast, nice gym and pool. Would stay there again.

Excellent service provided by the hotel and their employees

Good value for the money. much better than the other 4 hotels in the area that share different levels of the same building and have only one elevator each. Stayed in the Atour hotel the week prior. The room in the Doubletree was much nicer than the Atour. Restaurant was nice and saved me from intestinal discomfort that I experienced the week prior at one of the nearby barbeque restaurants.
