Very nice location. Very convenient location to shop & eat. Just one thing to be improved on the water flow in the bathroom. The water go very slow after taking shower, the bathroom flood with water.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kunming station. The absence of breakfast was not a problem because there are a number of cafes in the street around the corner where you can sit and have breakfast. Room was spacious but there were no sockets by the bed so you could not charge your phone by the bed. Nice bathroom.

The location of this small hotel is really good, just few hundred metres away from the Kunming Railway Station. The room is very clean and receptionist is attentive.
The surrounding area has lots of local eateries and it is easy to get Didi rides from this location. There’s also a grocery shop that’s very well stocked just 50 metres away.
You could even take the local bus from the nearby railway station.

Room is big but the room comes with a mahjong table, kinda weird feel. Reception 24/7 good for late arrival. There is 7/11 nearby and eateries opposite the hotel . There are good & cheap breakfast nearby also!!

This is our 2nd stay on this trip for 2 nights, location is convenient for food, taxi, metro is quite a distance of 15 mins walk. Housekeeping did not clean/tidy beds, triple sharing only provide twin toiletries and towels. Paid deposit for additional room cards, but did not inform us only valid for 1 day and need to be revalidated for next day use, advise to inform guest on this to avoid problems for guest. Apart from these, the room is spacious and good.

If there are more guests in the room, you can notify the hotel front desk at any time to send one or more disposable items. Based on the protection of your privacy, we need the guest's permission to enter and clean our room while you are staying continuously. Overall satisfy for hotel service, complete with all needed by travellers. Location is strategic to Kunming railway station, me walk around 15minutes to reach there, morning train. The room is very spacious, clean, toilet clean. Will come again if i visit Yunnan next travel. Thank you, please keep your hard work & maintain.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The hotel was super clean, and even when we returned late from our day trip to the Stone Forest, the staff were very understanding and helped us pack our things nicely when checking out. The location is also strategic, with many food options to choose from.

Clean, tiny with almost non existent service (the rooms are cleaned adequately though). The location is great though with the Kunming main station a short walk away, street good every evening right downstairs and a town of restaurants nearby.
