“5” Service was great, and it is located just a 15-min drive away from the airport. There are lots of eateries nearby even at early midnight.

This is a relatively new hotel, and so much of the construction and furniture quality is new and good. Rooms are clean, no odors or stains. Although during my stay my shower had a single tile on top of the shower hose. The amenities were great, and include the typical hotel things, the rooms have a smart home AI assistant that lets you close windows and lights by voice command - though only works in Mandarin Chinese. The staff gifted a box of Yunnan desert as well. The location isn’t great, almost an hour away from most attractions and scenery of Kunming, so it will be costly for taxi, bus, and takes time each day to get from and to. And the nearby area is largely underdeveloped and under construction.

We were looking for a few hrs stay before our midnight flight. Saw this hotel in trip.com and we called to check. 小丹 was cleared our queries over the phone and shared there is airport transfer. She is very friendly and helpful. Another staff was too very helpful but i forgot to get her name. The airport transfer transport was stuck at the airport and could not came back to hotel to send us to airport. This nice and helpful lady staff help us called didi and even help us bring the luggage up the car. There were some issues with the GPS during the car ride. She called the driver and emphasize to the driver he must us to the airport. It was a great short few hrs stay. :)

Nice hotel close to airport. Room size is big, very clean. Hotel provides free shuttle service to/from airport, it really convenient for mid night arrival.

The hotel was new. The room looked spacious and clean. Although there was no breakfast provided, there were nice food options nearby within minutes and walk. However, Hotel did never inform where to wait for the airport pickup shuttle bus during the entire booking, which is very inconvenient for international travellers. Although we added 华顾酒店前台1 as friend on WeChat and wanted to check where to wait for airport pick-up shuttle bus, we didn't get any reply. In the end, we had to make international call at the airport to the hotel to get such info.

Front desk workers are friendly and nice . The hotel itself provides airport pickup service, but the driver attitude was so rude . Other than that, everything is good, good hospitality and good facilities .

Beds were super comfortable, and free airport pickup was really convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed in the suite which was huge. 2 separate bathrooms and sleeping area in additional to sofa areas. We only stayed overnight due to midnight flight into the place. Nothing much around the hotels location unfortunately but there were a few complementary fresh flower biscuits given in the room which help fill our stomaches a little.

There are restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores around the hotel. Airport pickup and drop off are good.

perfect location if.you have a long lay over consider it as.your.number one.I was traveling with 2 kids and ir.was ideal. They offer a great breakfast. Very clean rooms

This works well for a one night stay as it’s conveniently located near the airport. Wouldn’t stay here for longer than that as it wasn’t all that clean.

Free pickup and drop-off from airport is a plus. The hotel is 10-15mins away from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. However there is basically nothing in this area, only good if you need to rest before or after your flight. Breakfast is 58 RMB with limited options
