Again a tidy new hotel and very comfortable though bit hard to find at first. Simple and clean for an overnight stop.

The room type I stayed in was very strange. The decoration felt patchwork. There was still a drink spilled by the previous guest on the coffee table that was sticky and not wiped off. I wanted to take a shower, but the bathroom light fell off and hung in the air. It was unhygienic. There was a smell of urine in the room, and when I turned on the mobile phone light, there was urine stains on the toilet, and there were urine stains on the toilet seat🤢That means the last person didn't clean it after staying there, maybe they left the garbage there. I wanted to call the front desk but found that the bedside phone didn't work and was just a decoration. The experience was extremely poor. I originally chose the hotel because I saw that the hotel had just been renovated and the hygiene should be good.

The room is large, with a sofa, coffee table and desk, where you can work leisurely. The bedding is clean and has no odor. The bathroom facilities are also very new. There is a lot of hot water and it is comfortable to take a bath. The hotel is located on the 31st to 33rd floors. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, so you can enjoy the city scenery while lying on the bed. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a commercial area downstairs, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

It is also very convenient to call a taxi when traveling, and it is also very close to Kunming First People's Hospital. Overall, it is recommended. I will consider staying here again when I come to Kunming in the future.
