Front desk is very helpful and service is really good. In addition, the breakfast has a lot of options.

Overall satisfy with our stay there as the hotel personnel do show responsiveness and politeness as we check in and checked out. It’s walking distance to famous walking street or shopping district.

Super satisfied with the hotel room. Nice, Clean and spacious, the front desk receptionists very friendly. The hair shampoo and conditioner provided was very nice! Never had this smooth hair before ☺️ Definitely will stay again if I back for travel.

Nice and comfy hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Welcoming and friendly staffs. Went with my parents in their early 70s, they had a lot of fun "communicating" with the "dapolo" smart home system. Haha ! Location wise, it's non-vehicle accessible, got to walk 5-10mins from the car park but we can call the front counter staff to arrange for pick up with golf buggy. Foreigners without local phone number , make sure you get their WeChat contact (search with hotel name or their official phone number). Overall it's a great stay ! Oh ya ! their breakfast is nice too !

This hotel was exquisite. They treated me very well and made sure I was taken care of even though they hardly spoke English. My minimal language did not hinder the experience at all. The food was great and the room was incredibly clean and spacious. I would highly recommend it for solo travelers too as they make sure you are safe and feel extremely comfortable. I will be coming back for sure !

Great experience. Hotel staff are very attentive and enthusiastic. Unfortunately the staff doesn't speak English but we can use the translation app and wexin conveniently. Convenient location, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, branded bathroom amenities. There is a washing machine so it is very convenient for guests traveling for a long time.

really nice & clean

A very pleasant 3 nights stay with this hotel, the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, including the cleaning aunty. The breakfast is good with enough of varieties. The car is unable to drop the guests to the doorstep but they provide buggy service 24hour to pick you from outside.

The room is big enough for a family! I am surprised there is a big balcony with a table and chairs! The welcome drinks and fruits are beyond my expectations! The staff service is very nice!

Convenient location, just 5 mins walk from subway station. The team was very nice and offered a room upgrade for me. The hotel interior decor is that of simple elegance, great for relaxation.

Very clean and stylish new hotel located around 20 minutes by walk from old town of Kunming. Delicious breakfast with tropical fruits on choice. Highly recommended for a short stay for any Chinese speakers.
