A nice and well located place. The host provided me with many recommendations for places to see and where to eat. To enter the building I did have to call the host, so if you don't have a Chinese number you might need to ask someone to call him for you.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Location of this place was very near to the train statio. And its pretty easy to find i placees to get food and beverages. The staff was so helpful and very kind to help us in various manner such as finding places to eat, visit, and many other interesting places about kunming as well as other cities like Lijiang and shang rila. The facilities inside our room was excellent, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The bed was clean with bedsheets making us so happy and memorable stay. We wish to recommend other visitors as well.

Host was super friendly and humble. He provided a lot of info for Kunming and the surroundings. He also provided what we need during the stay. Just the no. Of bathroom is quite limited. Wish him best of luck in his future

For foreigner comrade, it’s closed to Kunming railway station within 10 mins walking and located on the third floor of an apartment complex (301 of building 10). A decent stay for a night

The place is quite close to the Kunming Train Station. SoI recommend if you wanna travel next day. It is just a few minute walk. That night I arrived quite late and got lost around the train station because I lost my internet connection. Luckily, someone helped me call the owner and he came to pick me up.

As per photos bed are a bit awkward as you are so close one another and there are no curtains. The room was small, bathroom not very clean. Staff was really nice and welcoming! Super convenient as less than 10mins walk to train station! Would recommend as a one night stay if you need to catch an early train!

The place is ok for one night. It was a little dirty and messy. I took a room for myself , it was ok. The place don’t have any amenities. The bathroom is very uncomfortable. Just the people was very nice and helped me with what i asked.

Owner is very helpful, came to pick me up because as a foreigner I had trouble finding the address. What's more, I arrived very late, after midnight (my train had been cancelled) and I couldn't tell him what time i would arrive in Kunming. The location is very near the train station, so this is very convenient. Can use a shared kitchen. Dormitory clean and quiet, privacy guaranteed with curtain. Bed is a mix between capsule and bunk bed. There's even a private shelf for your belongings, i really appreciate that.Feel like a small single room. Unfortunately, i stayed only one night. While the property is safe (access with code), i just missed a locker. Common room with comfortable sofas to meet others travelers, have a chat, and socialize. I recommend this hostel. This will be my place when going back to Kunming.

Very near to Kunming station. Lots of eateries around . Convenient for young people who are traveling around

Really nice and friendly owner. He let us extend our check out time to 14:00 and was very chill about it. The location is very convenient as well as it's right next to the central train station. There are many restaurants right outside the building as well so that's also a nice addition.

Good location of 5mins walk to Kunming Train station, perfect for travellers of early rides. Restaurants, cafe, eateries, mini markets, all least 50+ outlets are within 1-5 mins walk, bus stops are 2 mins walk, accessible to almost all famous scenic locations . Homestay unit is of good wifi signal, hot water shower, clean sheets, water boiler for coffee and hairdryer. Host is responsive to text messages and helpful, safe choice for Solo female backpacker. Highly recommend!

Very clean and cosy place!! Well located. Almost in front of the railway station. Wonderful view on the city, I like it . As well the owener is friendly and answered about all my questions !! Thank you so much🪻

Pros: The hostel is very near the train station. It's very convenient for people who need to catch early trains. The owner provided clear instructions to get to the hostel late at night. Cons: No towels are provided, and there is only one square shared toilet without much space to place my toiletries at the sink. Trip.com does not provide the wechat number of the hotel owner. We had to search VERY hard and randomly add numbers on Wechat to find the owner to get instructions to get there. The place would be hard to find without prior contact with the hostel
