The hotel provides transportation for free to pick you up from hotel eventhough your flight is at wee hours. Our flight arrived at 2am and the driver picked us up together with other guests. The hotel also send us to the nearest subway station for free! So niceee. We dont know how to speak mandarin so we use wechat to communicate since it has auto translation

It is convenient if you arrived midnight in Kunming . They arranged pickup services for us .

Provide free pickup and drop off at the airport even at 1am. It is a short ride from the airport to the hotel. Though I cannot speak Chinese, we communicated using WeChat with the translator giving clear instructions on the exact pickup location from the airport. The receptionist was helpful and courteous during check-in and checkout and was fast. The room is well equipped with ceramic cups and a kettle. The toilet needs more cleaning and ventilation as it has an odor. The bedsheet was clean. Nearby have many restaurants, convenience, and souvenir stores. The room is equipped with a large TV.

Did a shortlayover as we had a morning flight to catch. Check in took very long and the service lady at front desk didn't really seem happy.. also didn't offered the free airport transfer as advertised until we asked for it. When the free hotel transfer was arranged the driver seemed super super unfriendly and unhappy. Squeezed in with another 6 more person in a minivan and the driver was driving like initial D style on a dimly lit road.. pretty scary ride lols

Totally worth the money. The hotel is located in a vibrant neighbourhood. Many restaurants, souvenir shops and spas around. Room was clean and comfy. Hourly airport transfer (to and fro) is included in the price, just contact them when you arrive. The staff was kind enough to check on me when I wasn’t down from my room yet for my trip to the airport. Highly recommended 👍🏽

Free pickup from the airport early in the morning. The beds provided for 3 people in the room are big enough.

It was just nice. Appreciate their fast response on the mid night car request. Cleanliness is acceptable.

It’s okay

Dirty and smelly rooms. The room booked was unavailable and was moved to different room type , which was uncomfortable with family. The only good part was airport pick and drop

- Friendly and welcoming staff - Modern rooms （Cleanliness could be improved) - Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere - Great location for exploring - Exceptional service (Provide free airport transfer) Facilities and amenities quite old however it’s good stay for short time or for airport transfer. The price is acceptable for this condition.

I enjoyed the pick up n drop off services. Also the management is very good. Ran a few errands for me, woke me up for my flight prepared a take out breakfast too cuz I had an early flight

Awesome service! They provided free airport pickup even at 2 am. The driver was very cooperative and the receptionist was also very supportive. Good transit hotel. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.

Location was near the airport, suitable for a short stay for morning flight. Cleanliness of the shower facilities can be improved. Free shuttle services to the airport available as well.
