comfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip. shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in. night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

New hotel just that the thick carpet doesn’t make sense is too thick to push our luggage and the distance to room is far so need lots of strength to tilt back our luggage to move which is heavy for us. Hotel doesn’t provide weighting scale in room & they don’t even have it at front counter, which is quite useful esp the weight limit on China airline is usually 23kg only. Reception staffs seemed inexperienced and didn’t even inform guests of the free soft drinks in the fridge. But overall this hotel is value for money and new.

Staff was very helpful regardless of the language barrier. Able to answer all my questions. Breakfast had a good selection and the airport transfer was swift.

Located about 10 minutes from the Kunming airport, this new hotel is nicely located and priced for the purpose of stay. Rooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Hotel also has a 10pm supper service included which was amazing for us as we arrived without dinner. They also have a bus service running every half an hour to the airport. Overall is good and would recommend it for people transiting or wanting to stay close to the airport for whatever reason.

Love the set-up in the room The receptionists are warm and super helpful Definitely will use this hotel when I visit in the future. :)

So far so good, new hotel and room is clean, from hotel going airport is convenient, but from airport going back to hotel is a bit trouble (if you book DIDI car). Hotel got shuttle bus to airports But if you want to from go to hotel you must call the hotel fron desk to tell them you arrived.

Amazing accomodation! Top class service! Would recommend to any travellers! I had a day of transit and I had to stop over for a night. Echo the receptionist there was 5/5 star! She made me feel at home the moment I arrived! She went above and beyond in making sure I had the best time in Kunming. She was caring and friendly to guests. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

The hotel was located near the hotel. Good for early morning flights. Airport transfer by hotel bus is provided. Value for money but it’s best to request for a room located on the inner part of the building as the outer rooms are susceptible to the airplane take off and landing noises.

Nothing nearby. Had to travel 3km to get some food. Only good if you have an early flight to catch.

I guess the hotel would have been fine if anyone a) spoke even basic English and b) had an iota of helpfulness. We had to urgently head to kunming railway station and the staff simply refused to get us a taxi…! All they said was ‘no taxis here’. Absolutely ridiculous. Fortunately another guest in the lobby helped translate and we managed to get a shuttle to the airport and thereafter found another private hire car that took us to the station on time. But I’ve never heard of an international hotel brand refusing to get a guest a taxi.

We stayed for the night ahead of our flight out. We did not stay long enough to try the breakfast buffet, but the venue looked inviting. The front desk staff was super friendly and worked with our limited Chinese language skills. They helped us with luggage, and we enjoyed the fine bedding and great shower after a week of hiking very much!
