Location is good. Staff cannot speak English, i booked hostel because i expected they can speak some English but most of them are friendly. check in room is a bit messy and smelly smoking. Room is good, i like bed and the fluffy blanket, window scene . Toilet is a bit smelly and messy but good function. Free laundry. Overall is good.

Although it was a bit hard to find for me, I had a good stay!! Staff is very friendly, they helped me out and were super kind to me. The room was tiny, if you have a suitcase a bit hard to open! I have a backpack and the bed is big enough to put it on there. Upper bunk get really hot! Two fans which works great for lower bunk but don’t really reach the upper ones. Also I booked room with no windows so that didn’t help. I would recommend booking one with windows! The toilet was new, but would flood everyday :(( also doesn’t get clean very well. I would still recommend this hostel! It’s cheap and close to the Main Street. Also there’s a little cafe at reception really nice! I would stay again

This is the cleanest and most cost-effective youth hostel I have ever stayed in! There are three public bathrooms in one room and they are super clean. Every room in the girls' room is equipped with a full-length mirror, which is very considerate of girls. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and responded quickly! The boss, Mr. Fang, does everything himself and has no airs of being a boss at all. The only thing to note is that during peak season, you can only check in after cleaning at two o'clock. If you arrive early, you can also store your luggage at the front desk🧳 The room is cleaned by the aunt every day! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Kunming.

After staying for 4 days, I felt very comfortable. I stayed on the 11th floor, in a separate girls' suite. The room, bathroom and public area in the 4-person room were all very clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this youth hostel. First of all, the location is excellent, close to the city center and major attractions, within walking distance, saving a lot of transportation time and costs. Secondly, the hostel was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it provided the basic amenities I needed, such as free Wi-Fi and hot showers. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided lots of useful local travel tips and recommendations. What impressed me most was the social atmosphere of the hostel. We exchanged travel experiences and shared stories, which added to the fun and meaning of the trip. I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience and will definitely come back next time!

Bathroom, washing machine, disposable toiletries, the boss even gave me disposable towels! I was shocked! The friends at the youth hostel bring the enthusiasm of the Yunnan people! On the first day, they fed me like crazy and gave me local Amway Kunming delicacies! I absolutely love it! The boss brought his own Sichuan dialect buff. Hahaha, a Yunnan native speaks Sichuan very well. We had no problem communicating throughout the whole process. It was obviously the first time we met but it felt like we had known each other for a long time. Yunnan is so welcoming! Really love it! I have never met such a sincere and warm person in Guangzhou for a long time. I am so happy! When I went home, I planned to buy flower cakes. The boss quietly told me that he would make flower cakes in two days and send them to me~ They were like the sunshine in Kunming, warm and bright, lighting up my trip💙

I really like the environment here. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Kunming Old Street. The bathroom facilities are all hotel-level. The room has a great view and you can watch the sunset and night view. The lady at the counter often meets for dinner parties and board games, and my roommates happen to be here too. He is a young and handsome guy who is easy to talk to. It was a very pleasant stay!
