Excellent location next to kuming station! Nice room condition and stable hot water supply. Host is very nice and recommend the famous Yunan dish for us. Next stay! Definitely will come again if visiting kunmin next time! 位置十分接近距離昆明車站。房間環境十分整潔，熱水供應穩定，渡過了舒適的一晚。 民宿老闆是位年青人，推介了正宗本地雲南菜式。 下次再來昆明必定再次利用！

Owner very accommodate our request to check in at early hour around 3am. He even went down to fetch us even though he already sleeping at that time. Very near the railway station for everyone who need to catch train early.

The place is like in an apartment building. Room is new and clean with reasonable price. Location is very good. Close to railway station like 5-10 mins walk. The owner is also very kind. I could not find the place and he came pick me up in the middle of the night.

Small but cozy. The premises offers a lot of dish varieties at its surroundings. Near Kunming Railway Station and the subway which make easier to travel around. So far, the service is very good with the helpful owner, Mr. Xiao Zhan. No worry for dirty clothes as fresh homestay provides big laundry machine. With the budget price, it offers,...we highly recommend this fresh homestay. Bravo....

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! It is brand new, impeccably clean, and offers stunning views (see photo). The room has a super comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, strong wifi, a large TV, and a shower with excellent water pressure. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station in a charming, safe neighborhood filled with great local restaurants. On top of that, the host is exceptional. He is incredibly kind, highly responsive, and always eager to assist. If we return to Kunming, we would love to stay here again! Highly, highly recommend.

A very comfortable and clean homestay, with affordable prices and a very strategic location, surrounded by food options all day and night, with a supermarket nearby as well. It’s very close to the Kunming train station and MRT, about 500 meters or a 5-minute walk.The owner, Siao Zhang, is very friendly and kind, always enthusiastic to help. Thanks!

Good location, near the train station and metro station, within 1 km walking distance. It is a 25th floor condominium. Can view the highway and train track. Busy road. Anyway closing the curtain helps to reduce the sound, not much disturbing to us. There are few rooms on the same floor. Everything is fine to us. The owner is a nice guy. The only thing bordering us is the smoke (smoking) from outside which made us feel not comfortable as we are very particular with the smoke. Other than that everything is fine

The room was really clean and modern. The apartments are located near the railway station, so central. You can easily take the subway to the sightseeing parts of the city. The host was super friendly, and when it was heavenly raining, he took some umbrellas downstairs and gave them to us. I would recommend the stay here, even though it is a bit tiny.

We had a good stay in the hostel. The room and the bathroom was clean. The owner is nice and helpful. It was near the railway station so convenient to take the train.

Booking the place for luggage storage and rest time while waiting for our midnight flight. Considering that we need to pay for luggage storage for than 6hrs hence getting a place to at least freshen up is good choice.
