Good location, room is clean with firm mattress. Shower gel, hand soap and shampoo smells great. Breakfast has a variety of chinese and western food.

Hotel was quite clean, central location near various shopping spots. However soundproofing was bad. It smelt like someone smoked in the bathroom area as well on one of the days we were there. Cleaning staff were polite, counter registration staff were alright.

The service is very good and the location is very convenient to the shopping mall and night market. The breakfast is good too, you can try either Chinese style or western style.

Really good service from staff! Breakfast was not bad. Room was not bad too for the price. Favourite part is the free laundry they provide which came in handy! Other than that, it was a pleasant stay as the staff are super helpful and hospitable!

This hotel’s locations is really good. Just infront of the hotel, there’s a bus stop and various shopping malls within walking distance.

Hotel location just 400km/7 minutes walk from Nanping Pedestrian Street and Yixigong Mosque.You can find halal food easily for Muslim.
The room is clean.Hotel provides basic amenities like body shower,hair shampoo, toothbrush,comb,jasmine tea,kettle,tv and hair dryer.
We requested a late check out and hotel agreed with minimum charges.The receptionist Miss Xu very friendly and helpful.She welcome us with warm hospitality and cheerful even we have language barrier.
I recommend tourist to stay here and explore Kunming city.

I really impressed with their services, although I arrived early morning at 2am. They upgrade my room to business room. Big and comfortable room. Check out at 2pm is a bonus for me n my kids.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the professionalism of your front desk staff. Second time staying here for our 1 week trip, as we were flying back from Kunming. Room assigned was slightly smaller than our previous, which makes movement slightly less convenient, nevertheless still rather big compared to others. There was also a smell in the room this time round. Not sure if we got a room down grade this time, or upgrade previous time. Front desk was open 24h, so checking out at 4plus am was smooth. When we checked in, front desk said they could pack us some breakfast (since we are missing the free breakfast) as we were checking out earlier. But upon check out they didn't seem to remember, and we were running late, so we did not ask for it. All else is good as previous.

The hotel is close to convenient store and the staff very helpful, To get to the hotel was easy by take metro exit 1,2 H and just walk a few minutes. The man at reception was fantastic. Thank you for taking care. The buffet of breakfast there were variety of food.

Perhaps this is the cheapest rate that I ever booked for ibis with this room type. The room is so spacious and clean. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast choice is just average but tasty. It is very close to Kunming old street and shopping centre.

Enjoyed my one-night stay here. Hotel is situated right next to a mall. Walking distance to Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street. Would love to come back here again when I visit Kunming.
