An absolute gem of a small tradition hotel centrally located for local restaurants and shops. We only wished our stay could have been longer. This is a slice of old China

A lovely hotel in traditional style. Rooms of moderate size. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a nice hotel in a charming courtyard, but tourists might want to base themselves closer to Cuihu Lake, where the cafes and restaurants are. The bathroom was especially great - shower had high pressure and really hot water. The staff were kind and kept our bags during the day while we were out. My only complaint is the very uncomfortable pillows (which were old and way too high) and the lack of soundproofing.

We had a very good time here. The service was excellent the rooms very cosy. The breakfast is maybe a little unusual for western people, it’s a noodle soup, however, a delicious one. Just to know about that.
