Room is clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to a metro station. Room is well serviced everyday and hotel is kind to send fruits to the room daily. Very hospitable staff.

This is an older hotel. I heard from the staff that it is more than 20 years old, but it has been renovated. The breakfast and facilities, such as the washing machine, are inferior to those of the Orange Hotel of the same price, and the variety is not as rich, but the rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. You need to pay extra for washing clothes here. But in the same price range, Jinquan has a swimming pool of about 10m that can be used for free. It is on the fourth floor, and there is a transparent glass on the top, so you can see the sky. The auntie cleaned very carefully, and when I extended my stay, she dragged my brother's vacuum cleaner over to vacuum it again 😁

The service, location and room facilities are all very good. I especially like the restaurant on the first floor. The transportation is also super convenient.

The facilities are a bit old. The lobby and rooms are all in the style of an old-fashioned hotel. There is a smell of cigarettes in the room. It is estimated that smoking in the room was allowed many years ago. The price is quite cheap and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel is nice. We stayed for 3 nights and were given a fruit platter, which was a surprise! The breakfast was really great and rich.

The environment is beautiful and the history is long. The key is that I stay here every time I go to Kunming, because this place has very good memories for me. There are very good food around it, the hygiene is very clean, and the front desk service is also very good.

The service is very, very good, the room is clean and tidy, parking in the backyard is convenient, and the hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street and Kunming Old Street. It's a pity that the room I stayed in was not well soundproofed and the bathroom smelled bad. I opened the windows and doors many times at night for ventilation. After a hard night, I left early and chose another hotel.

I made an impromptu decision to go on a trip with friends. I compared many hotels on major travel platforms from price, location, star rating to guest reviews, and finally decided to conservatively choose Jinquan. The moment I entered the room, I still felt it was a great value. I stayed in a room on the non-smoking floor. The rhinitis patient felt good. When I returned to the floor after breakfast every day, I could see that the service guy was very serious about cleaning the room. The service lady who delivers milk to the room at night is also smiling.

Overall it's good, there are many types of breakfast, you can swim for free, the room is very clean, maybe the elevator is under maintenance so it's a bit difficult to take the elevator, which is also reminded in the room.

The room was renovated and the facilities are relatively new. Parking spaces are available in the city center, which is more friendly for friends who drive. The point of complaint is that there are three elevators, one of which is broken, and it is crowded and slow to go up and down the stairs. There is a barbecue on the first floor, and the whole lobby is full of smoke and fire, which is very bad for the hotel's grade and the experience is very bad.
