Nice, new, clean. Great service. Good selection of Chinese breakfast, even noodles to order. Convenient to busses and subway.
Workout room has treadmill and elliptical but nothing else. Has water and towels and floor Matt.
No refrigerator in room.
Smoking allowed in some rooms which wafts into our room sometimes. But otherwise the room was smoke free.

All the staff including the cleaners and restaurant staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. The hotel is really great value for money.

Staff of Reception desk and Breakfest room are very friendly and helpful. Aranged taxi, helpful with heavy luggage, arranged sending packedges with packedge service to Shenzhen.

I did a lot of research to find this hotel with very good price compared with it’s quality. The room layout is very good.only missing is lack of a mini fridge. The services of the room cleanliness and the breakfast are very satisfied. Around the hotel not many good restaurants to choose.

Extremely nice tower, room is clean and has everything you need, close to 滇池.

the hotel was great, services all great. The 11th floor service person was amazing (don't know her name)
I specially want to thank Xiao Ding (the buffet restaurant's manager). She was amazing, very kind, smiling and helpful to everyone. She helped us a lot. I would definitely come back to this hotel JUST because she was so nice to us and everyone.

The location is not so obvious. The service is good. There is no fridge inside the room.

The location for me was very convenient for what I wanted to do throughout the day. Very accessible to nearby Metro stations and Railway station.
Staff was very courteous and the room was very clean upon arrival.

The room was cozy and clean. They provide a clothes iron, an ironing board and an umbrella, in addition to the usual bathroom items.
The breakfast was good.

The service is so good and location also very convenient near the Metro station. All the Receptionist ( especially Xiao Fan) are kinds and informative. Room are clean and convenient( forgot to take a photos).

The location is very good, close to the subway and Kunming ringroad. The family friendly room was two rooms with connecting door. Our daughter loved her 'own' room and the privacy. There is no refridgerator in the room! Breakfast was great with home made yoghurt! Service was very kind and considerate. Only the gym on the 4th floor could use some more aquipment for weightlifting.
We had a great stay!

Decent hotel. Need to take a didi home at night, but close to the metro. Good value hotel. Gym is sparse but the free laundry was very useful. Very friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helped arrange transportation to the stone forest.
The breakfast is one the best I have had. Lotsa variety to suit different preferences. The subway station is within walking distance. Easy and convenient to get to other parts of the city. Kunming Train Station is easy to get to by subway and taxi. Good coffee. It's only 2 0r 3 subway stops to Green Lake park. Easy to drive out to the stone forest. Good noodles and dumplings restaurants about. would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Very friendly staff too. Location is ten min walk from the metro. There wasn’t much around to do so no matter what I needed to metro or take a taxi.
