not very good choice, because of too close to the university, the outside enviroment is not nood, never choose it again. The lobby is too small

Convenient location if you're using the station. Quiet, comfy room. Nice touch that you receive a bag of snacks on arrival and, if you're leaving early in the morning as I was, a little bag of fruit and pastries. I don't speak Chinese, and the staff don't speak English, so it's hard work doing everything via translate apps. It says it has a restaurant, but it actually only provides breakfast. There are lots of little restaurants and convenience stores beside the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast has many choices, including zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival and rose cakes from reception as a lovely gift. It is less than 2 km from the Kunming South train station, and they offer a free shuttle to send us back to the train the following day.

Great place to stay. Restaurants and Kunming South Railway Station near by. Breakfast is delicious.

Clean functional hotel. I gave it 5 stars for location only because we had an early train to catch to Laos from Kunming South Railway Station which is very close to the hotel. If you want to see Kunming don’t choose this hotel as it is one hour by taxi into town

Immaculate and beautifully appointed room. A bit further from train station than I expected, 5 minutes by taxi. Driver not able to understand where it was because Trip confirmation has no Chinese characters. C'mon Trip, you should make confirmations taxi friendly.

Booked the family loft room. Very cool design and very comfortable. Best of all, there is pickup and drop off service to the Kunming South train station.

Nice breakfast. Very close to the Kunming South station. Family room nice layout. Generally good hotel. However, no iron. Car arrangement to station was very poorly organised!! Staff not well trained. Poor service. Made us go early but car was not ready. Small car came. So we had to wait for another even though hotel staff knew we had lots of lugguage and had 4 ppl. Could not contact hotel beforehand via WeChat or email to book in advance. So the one and only hotel car was booked already.

great hotel for travelling to and fro Kunming South station. there is a shuttle bus you can book but it's easy enough to walk if you want to stretch your legs after a train journey. took me about 10 mins. on exiting train head for the west square. they have a customer laundry which is super convienant as many top class hotels don't. I was met with a gift of snacks and fluent English staff which gave a very good first impression. directly behind the hotel is small restaurants and some street food.

Front Desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel also provides shuttle service to Yunming south speed train station which it is very convenience, but it is quite fast away from the city. The hotel breakfast is nice especially Yunming noodle and rose flower cake, it is value for money. Hotel nearby has a lot of small restaurants with different cuisines with low price.

Close to Kunming south train station, can reserve the shuttle car to send you to train station at concierge. Nice breakfast. Room is clean. Facilities are new and easy to use.
