The staffs in the front desk are polite and helpful . I want to express my special thanks to Stephen because he helps us a lot in arranging all the local trip. The minor staffs in each floor are always hardworking and also helpful in answering our questions. The environment and the facilities of the hotel are very good.

Amazing location. Our stay at the hotel was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was truly intercontinental and delicious. The Spa was breathtaking and relaxing. The concierge service was really helpful with luggage and delivery service. We’re definitely coming back when we travel back to Kunming.

This has been our go-to hotel for a chill staycation. We always end up happy and satisfied. The only thing that either a hits or a miss is the air conditioning. During our latest stay, we set the temperature to 16 degrees Celsius but it still felt so hot in the room.
Overall, still a decent hotel. 👍

The stay was amazing and the room was excellent! Spacious, new, and comfortable.
The only thing lacking was that the massive TV in the bedroom could only screen share Chinese apps; sharing YouTube, Netflix and such was unfortunately not possible.
A very enjoyable stay!

I don't know how this Sheraton got into the Marriott system. I had a very unsatisfactory experience.
1. The swimming pool is only 1.2m, and there is no indication in the hotel information. I originally booked the hotel for the swimming pool, and I will not come again.
