Kunming Daguan Park Atour Hotel Reviews

The hotel is nice, with common areas offering complimentary snacks and a free laundry area. However, it would benefit from having more staff available; we tried calling the lobby multiple times during our stay for some concerns, but unfortunately, no one answered the calls. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant is great.

Hotel is a bit far from nearest train station but getting a cab on the street is super easy! It is close to major shopping/food areas and cab fare is very reasonable. Room and lobby are clean, breakfast is delicious and service is great! Ms Chan Yi at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us with many questions we had. The morning shift lady at the laundry room was very nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience! It is all over very pleasant place with friendly staff, contemporary atmosphere, perfectly clean and neat rooms, tasty breakfast, included! Happy as can be!

The room is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation and a quiet location. There is good night milk. There are few options for breakfast. You can have rice noodles. The picture shows the view outside the room window, which is beautiful.

The hotel is as good as ever, about 50 minutes by taxi from the airport, 75 yuan. The kindergarten children were also very satisfied with the hotel and wrote four big words to express their gratitude.

Facilities: Electric curtains are good, and the small refrigerator also prepared surprise drinks. There are free teas, but unfortunately we don't like tea. Disposable toilet seats are very thoughtful, good reviews~ Hygiene: Clean, bedding and other things are good. Environment: There are Hellobikes around the hotel. It takes about ten minutes to ride to the nearby CBD and Nanping, as well as Daguan Park. You can see a beautiful night view outside the window at night. Service: Very considerate, the takeaway robot is as cute and considerate as always. The front desk lady upgraded the room type for free and gave me hand cream before leaving.

It is very close to Daguan Park, where I saw the blooming lotus. It was very convenient to take a boat tour of Dianchi Lake. The parent-child room is very suitable for the needs of a family with two children. I will choose this place again when I come to Kunming.

The front desk service is patient and enthusiastic, parking is convenient, they will tell you where the mushrooms are delicious, there are free water bar coffee, and snacks. (I forgot to take photos of the interior of the hotel) The pillows are very comfortable and the stay is not bad 👍

It's OK, but the room is a little small, the facilities are complete and well-equipped. I arrived late and found it nearby! The day of check-out happened to be Chinese Valentine's Day, and the lobby even sent roses 🌹 Very thoughtful!

The board on the head of the bed fell off, but fortunately it didn't hit the child. The door frame of the bathroom was also broken. The waiter was quite enthusiastic, but the hardware was too poor. The experience was very bad. It felt like staying in a fake Atour.

The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious, the shower water pressure is very, very strong 😁, the reception service at the front desk is average, Ctrip shows that there is a breakfast, but the front desk said it is not bad, and no one reminded me of the afternoon tea shown by Ctrip. It doesn't matter, there are so many delicious foods in Kunming. However, when I asked the front desk to change the milk for the coffee machine, they were frowning the whole time. There is room for improvement. The clouds outside the window are still beautiful!
