The room was not air-conditioned, but it was inexplicably hot. All three rooms were like this. I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat, which affected my schedule the next day. I asked the waiter but he didn't know what to do.

The hotel staff were friendly and helped me upgrade my room automatically. The hotel is in an excellent location next to Wanda Plaza and the breakfast is excellent. I will choose to stay here next time. Highly recommend to everyone.
