Well located. Situated at shopping belt and walking streets. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it is very centrally located and close to the shopping district and old town area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, highly recommended for a short stay in Kunming!

The hotel is so nice, location also very near with Mosque (if you are looking halal food) hotel is very clean and smell good.

Very good service, Great location in the center of kunming
When checked in (2 pm) and our booked room wasn’t ready, staff open another room and let us stay for 3 hours.
Last day, staff got discount for Breakfast (pay 2 for 3 persons).

Only the location is great. The room cleanliness can be improved, Lift is too slow and the breakfast selection is limited.

Location is strategic, near to subway station, food centre just beside and shopping mall opposite. Laundry is at common area, the staff will help to put our washed clothes into dryer and put it into our laundry basket once done. Will definitely stay in Atour hotel if visiting China again.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Both the common areas and the rooms were impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, ensuring that it was always tidy and well-stocked with essentials.

I love Atour Hotel. It is new, clean, and stays in good location. The hotel likes to share its building with other hotels, but that's not a problem. I would recommend it to non-smokers to come to this hotel. It stays right at the centre of the shopping streets and old town. Very convenient. However, it is quite noisy during daytime to 11pm, but if you plan to go out all day, you should be alright.

We stayed there for one night. The location is great, very close to walking street and shopping malls.
The breakfast line was good.
However, we did not enjoy the stay since our room window was broken and cannot be locked.
There is a clearly noise from the hallway eventhough our room is at the end of the hallway.
The service from staffs is so-so. They did not speak English at all which was not the problem since we have translator applicaion, but at least please pretend that you willing to communicate with us.
