Excellent value for money, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast truly delicious! It’s also clean and quiet, but located quite far from the city centre, although it’s convenient for Kunming South station. We would happily stay there again.

Room was spacious, airy & comfortable. Staff were helpful, professional & friendly. Drawbacks are location, somewhat far from city center, but metro entrance & many eateries are close by. Breakfast was simple. Noise from downstairs ktv did not bother me, but the smoke odor from other rooms were strong

The service was good, but the bad side was if you want to stay at the family loft room please consider as the KTV is on level 3 and very noisy when u are an early sleeper.
The amenities no so convenient especially when you showering as all the hooks is outside the shower room very inconvenient when you showering…

Overall satisfied with this hotel. The front desk very helpful and nice, location wise a bit not so convenient, not within walking distance.... but still able to get Taxi easily from the hotel.
