Hotel is amazing. Location is adjacent to anew shopping center and it is only minutes away from the lake. The staff are incredible and the rooms impactable I extended my stay by one night just because of the staff and perfect hotel room. Best one in Kunming I expect.

Very comfortable and quiet, first-class butler service, it is really a bright spot when I first arrived in Kunming. Afternoon tea and breakfast are very delicious, not perfunctory products. The main way to travel in Kunming is to take a taxi. I feel that the distance from Papuman to various attractions is not bad, and it is close to the Provincial Museum and the National Museum.

It should be the hotel with the best service I have stayed in China in recent years. The butler service told me all kinds of details before I checked in, and I could contact them at any time. When I arrived at the hotel, they would pick me up at the parking lot. There were many hotel service staff, and I could see and respond to all kinds of needs at any time. There are not many rooms in the hotel, and many of them are on the first floor. The ventilation is a little worse, but the software is really a plus point, and all kinds of small details are done extremely well. The water is from Baisui Mountain, and there are welcome fruits and biscuits every day. When I leave, there are homemade mushroom sauce, mouthwash, makeup remover towels, and all kinds of things you can think of are provided. The hotel's afternoon tea is also very delicious. Although the breakfast is not varied, it is very exquisite, and the quality of fruits and vegetables is very good. It's the first time I have eaten bamboo shoots and okra. The night view on the top floor is also very popular. The most impressive thing is that they are very friendly to children. They will come to ask when the children cry. Once they sent cakes during meals, and once they sent plush toys. It's really heartwarming. I feel that the hotel's main feature is that the service is really in place. The taste of its own restaurant is also very good and the price is reasonable. It is highly recommended

Popman Hotel in Kunming is the most considerate hotel I have ever stayed in. Every staff member has a very good attitude, is very patient and careful, and will spare no effort to help you solve any needs. Needless to say, the environment and facilities are also great! Full of details, my children and I like Popman very much! The public space is very large. I heard from the staff that the founder of the hotel named Popman at the beginning because he hoped that people would have more space to move around in the hotel, and be more comfortable without being restrained! In addition, the afternoon tea provided by the hotel is also very delicious and not perfunctory, and the breakfast tastes great! We also had dinner at Shanhai Restaurant, and the dishes tasted very good 👍 I will definitely come again if I have the chance!
