A good hotel in terms of price and quality. The room was not cleaned well enough, the carpet and windows need to be cleaned. The furniture is old and some things need to be replaced. There was no air conditioning in the room, we were immediately warned by a nice girl in the lobby. I was pleased with the heated mattresses. The location of the hotel is convenient and there is free parking for cars.

a hotel close to subway station, easy to get around, there are lots of restaurants outside. so you can have breakfast either in the hotel or outside. a complimentary water dispenser is provided in every room.

Wouldn't recommend...they charged me for toilet paper that they themselves put in the bathroom...why would you charge people for something that you have to provide lol

Very convenient to walking street, subway, and the airport is only 45 by subway as well.

hotel location and everything is fantastic .... hotel is clean cozy but when there is no sun then no hot water for shower.. this is need to be upgraded

This hotel is very close to Metro station and very convenient to take metro.The hotel provided drinking water 11.2 L bottle that is very satisfied to us!We are staying in this hotel ( 4 nights 5 days).During COVid 19 prevention and control period, we understand the hotel ‘s strict conditions. Hope next time again in Kunming!

The accommodation is located right opposite a metro stop and so is very easy to find. When I arrived it was undergoing renovations and I thought it was closed! Fortunately, an alternative entrance was being used. Check in was very quick and the room was more than I could have hoped for the price. It was big with a comfortable bed, the bathroom a good size with a good shower. A water machine was provided. Being next to a major road, there was some traffic noise, but not enough to disturb you unless you are a very light sleeper.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very good, the room we booked is on a lower floor, and the front desk lady was very considerate to help us upgrade the room. I like it very much. The hotel is also very close to the Cuihu Scenic Area. I will come again next time!

The hotel is very new, the room is big, and the location is good. It is near the subway and the surrounding area is quite lively. We drove here and the hotel has parking. We arrived late and upgraded the room! In short, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience!

If you order takeout, it can also be delivered to the room, which is very convenient. Especially when I checked out the next day, I left something behind and the young lady called to inform me and helped to send it back. The hotel environment is great, the interior environment is very design-oriented, the facade decoration is very special and very pleasing, and there is a mini book bar in the front lobby, which makes people feel very warm! !

It's super run-down, super dirty and old. The bathroom is super smelly, super dirty, moldy, peeling, and damp. The carpet in the executive room is so dirty that you can't tell the color. The front desk service is terrible! People are smoking in the public areas and even in the restaurant. There is almost nothing for breakfast except rice noodles. I can't help but feel sick when staying here. The attitude of the front desk is terrible, they are very rude and keep rolling their eyes. It's far worse than the farmhouse. I really don't understand how Ctrip got it three diamonds! Please open your eyes and see it!

The hotel is right at Exit B of the subway station, and the good location is almost the only advantage. The water from the faucet and shower faucet is as small as a trickle, which is a bit too much on a hot day. There is only a small dim chandelier + a table lamp in the room, the carpet is dirty, the chair squeaks when you sit on it, and the mattress of the bed moves when you sit on it. The weather is too hot, the electric fan is too loud, the noise from the road is too loud, the window can only be opened a little bit, it is too hot to sleep, I went downstairs to get some fresh air in the middle of the night, and I don’t know which guest in the lobby was drunk and vomited all over the place.
