Pros: bed and shower room were clean, jasmine tea was the best that I have tasted, scent of the shower cream and shampoo made me wanted to keep them for myself, the location was good ,breakfast has more variety than the others.
Cons: no closet to hang my clothes or tower
Conclusion: I was really satisfied and enjoyed the stay and would surely recommend it to all of my friends.

The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy.
Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

Only stayed here for a night but chose it cos it was near the metro and the railway station. They had the smart xiao du xiao du system so it was essentially a smart room. Just let Xiao du know to turn on the lights, open the curtains, play songs, turn on the TV etc. Guess what, they have a laundry room and it is complimentary! So feel free to wash and dry your clothes there. Staff was helpful. We were initially issued a smoking room and requested for change and the staff came up to show us other rooms that we could change to. Service is good. Will definitely stay here again next time!

When we arrived at the hotel, the two younger brothers at the door were very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The lady at the front desk also checked in very enthusiastically and professionally. I am also very grateful to the sister from the room department for sending me Drink milk and drink sugar water, very caring, very satisfied with this stay experience! Traveled and used hotels in many places. But I've never been as impressed as I was at ibis Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street. The receptionist who took care of me on the afternoon of December 11th took very good care of me. I walked up to the room and inquired about it myself. Does the room smell? Is it comfortable to stay? We just gave a little feedback and the staff offered to change rooms immediately. Make every service easy. The welcome fruit was wonderful.

In the huge crowd, we met a big brother from my hometown, who turned out to be the boss here. He was a simple and kind man, and he explained a lot about the local customs to us. The room is clean and tidy as shown in the picture. The window overlooks the night view of Kunming. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. very satisfied! Finally, I wish the boss a prosperous business and will come again if you have the chance!

We had also the underground in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The given recommendations were great and personal fitting. Even we got tips for our further trip in Yunnan. Environment: It is very convenient to go out and there are many restaurant choices around.
Service: The check-in experience at the front desk was very good. There were no other guests at the time. Xiao Yang at the front desk walked out of the service desk and handed the room card to me (the first time I experienced such a service, it felt good), and then gave me I directed the location of passenger elevators and restaurants.
Breakfast: There are many choices, and the restaurant is still rich at ten o'clock.
The weather in Kunming was very good during this trip, and I was very satisfied with the hotel!

GGuest UserThe customer service is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel is in a prime location. There is a subway entrance downstairs and it is two subway stops away from Wuyi Road. The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich, and the room is well soundproofed.

The location is very central, in the middle of a busy store and food area, but it's still quieter than any other hotel we stayed in. You are basically the only people living on the roof of this building, it's great!
The only downside of this area is that it smells a bit like barbecue outside, but I love barbecue so it's not so bad.
The room is huge! There are 2 couch areas, 1 terrace with a small table that we used to eat some takeout, there is also a small kitchen and bathroom in the terrace area. There is also a second terrace with a huge outdoor bathtub, surrounded by plants, great! Only wished it had a bit more light in the tub at night. Remember to bring some candles for best enjoyment.
The bed is the biggest bed I've ever slept in, with comfortable pillows and quilt.
The main bathroom is also very big, it has a nice shower, and a sauna! One thing about bathroom is that it doesn't have a fan, and it was a bit stinky in the morning. Also we had some trouble with the hot water, had to let the water run for a really long time to get it warm enough for a shower.
Other small things that prevent me from giving 5/5 is that it's missing small things like a place to hang towels or robe in the bathroom, and the hot water problem.

CccmlStayed here as I had an early morning flight. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the airport's arrival floor, but there's also a free shuttle bus. The earliest bus was at 5am, and took about 5min to reach the departure area. Room was spacious and clean, and I had a view of the airport from my room. Had a great stay!
