Facilities: Very complete, and every detail is designed very well!
Hygiene: clean, tidy, no peculiar smell ~ great experience!
Environment: It's about four minutes' drive from South Railway Station. There are schools nearby, so it's quiet!
Service: Excellent! Especially the front desk, the service is considerate - helping to pick up the boxes. The itinerary was confirmed one day in advance, and we were thoughtfully asked if it was a special anniversary and what room arrangements we had. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the front desk service made us feel very warm. My husband was full of praise! If I come back in the future, I will definitely stay here again~

Before coming to Yunnan, I made a guide in advance. First of all, I am now staying at a school near Kunming South Railway Station. The room was booked in advance. The hotel can also arrange a car to pick up and drop off. The service is very good, the facilities are complete, and the price is more than 100 yuan. This kind of hotel is very good, very cost-effective, and the experience is good. The room is clean and bright, and the sanitary conditions are quite satisfactory. The boss seemed to be receiving relatives from afar, driving the high-speed rail to pick him up and drop him off. When he entered the room, it felt like his own comfortable nest. It was well-equipped, clean and hygienic, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It was surrounded by bustling snack streets, and the transportation was convenient. It was about one kilometer away from the high-speed rail station. The service from the boss couple is so considerate! Awesome! Thank you boss for giving a comfortable ”home” to people wandering far away.

Very sleek and modern hotel. This (I say this because this building has other hotels as well) hotel corridor and hotel room are very clean, fresh and nice. It is in the University Town and in this town there is night market. Every other step is a food store or hotel. The hotel can be hard to locate since one building could have multiple hotels with their own front desk. The Railway Station is just nearby. The is a slight typo in the trip.com website ”hopin” it should be ”houpin” as seen in the picture.

I came late at night and left early in the morning - I chose this hotel for the closeness to the train station. The lady at the reception was very nice, she checked me in quickly. The hotel room was small, but the space was very well organized and didn’t feel cramped. There was even an armchair with a super soft blanket. The bathroom area was actually quite big and comfortable- really good use of space.
The only small issue was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

The environment is very good and the stay is very comfortable. I came here to catch the high-speed train and stayed here for one night. The price/performance ratio is very high. Although it only costs a few dozen yuan, it is clean and well-equipped with disposable supplies. I am very satisfied!

The window just looks like a window, the high-speed rail pick-up service is very good, but the air conditioning is really not powerful, the sound of the air conditioning outdoor unit is too loud at night, I hope it can be improved.

A good quality stay at this hotel a few hundred metres walk from the University Town Metro station. In particular, Mr Ho Jinghong was most helpful at the reception, notifying me that they offer free transport to Kunming South Station(railway). The room price was reasonable and as in most hotels I have stayed in, very clean. Thanks, Convenient Hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a very wonderful time at the JinBi Hotel. It is one of the best hotels I’ve been. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are big and spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The Chinese style decorations and furnitures are very tasteful. The whole design is coordinated and elegant. Even the breakfast area is nicely decorated. There are options for the set breakfast which is simple but sufficient. There are also places to have tea . The service is excellent. It’s higher than a 5 star rating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff to the manager, they are all very warm and helpful. They were very patient with my elderly brother in law who had tons of questions and requests.
We were really satisfied with our stay.

Environment: It is very convenient to go out and there are many restaurant choices around.
Service: The check-in experience at the front desk was very good. There were no other guests at the time. Xiao Yang at the front desk walked out of the service desk and handed the room card to me (the first time I experienced such a service, it felt good), and then gave me I directed the location of passenger elevators and restaurants.
Breakfast: There are many choices, and the restaurant is still rich at ten o'clock.
The weather in Kunming was very good during this trip, and I was very satisfied with the hotel!

GGuest UserThe customer service is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel is in a prime location. There is a subway entrance downstairs and it is two subway stops away from Wuyi Road. The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich, and the room is well soundproofed.

You can soak in the room or go out to soak in many pools. My mother likes the infinity pool very much. This time I found that there is also a bar in the swimming pool, which is really good. I ordered a glass of wine and felt like I was on vacation at the seaside. I watched the sunset. I can also play mahjong in the room. Hahaha. Hygiene: It is very clean and the pool is clean. Service: The service is very good. Muyuntai Restaurant has the best service. The service staff in each restaurant is very good. During breakfast, the waiter Wang Chunhua was very good and polite. We had also the underground in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The given recommendations were great and personal fitting. Even we got tips for our further trip in Yunnan. Inside the room is the intelligent voice operation of Xiaozhi butler, which is very convenient. You can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, It is very convenient to turn on the air conditioner. The toilet is also smart. The most important thing is that their toothbrush is very good. It is not disposable. The bristles of the toothbrush are soft. Before leaving, the store manager gave me 2 of them. The check-in experience is very good , their private kitchen is also good, the price is fair, I will choose here again next time

SSanyarat Mungklang , Thailand.The location is near the metro. It's just 5 minutes walk. Easy to find this property. The girl at the front desk when I checked in is enthusiastic to help me. She almost doesn't speak English but she's had a lovely service mind.
This property is so close to the green lake park. I spend the time from this hostel to the park just 4 minutes walk.
It's worth to stay here and the price can afford for the solo travelers who want to save cost like me.

The only drawback is that I was placed in a room at the end of the corridor. At night, I kept all the ghost movies I had watched in my mind. Been there again
