I found the hotel on Ctrip and was really pleasantly surprised. The hotel's environment decoration is really niche and special. The room is large and the decoration is very warm and eye-catching. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I couldn't find my way and she came to pick me up personally. I was very touched. All in all, it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I will come back next time.

We had a memorable experience during our family trip in Kunming. The Front desk staffs were so helpful, which was beyond our expectation. The Hotel is the prime location of the city. You can get all kind of vehicle and shops nearby the Hotel. I strongly recommended to others to stay over there and get wonderful hospitality

The quality of the floors, finishings, bathroom, excellent. The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage. A very pleasant experience and welcome to china for them. Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

The hotel is on the 31st floor of the building, but was very easy to find, and the staff at the front desk made sure I knew where I was going. They even offered to video call me if I had trouble finding the place! Also very responsive when I was having trouble figuring out the wifi. The suites are large and quite decent.

The location was great just within walking distance to shopping mall and has lots of eateries around. The room was clean. Special mention of one of the staff Jack who had been really friendly and showed concern for the guest. Reminding us of weather and temperature drop and also introducing the surrounding of the hotel to us. Areas to improve: 1. Staff lack of awareness of facilities - when we asked about card access to the gym and laundry room, one of the staff insisted that no card access was required when card access was required. She even questioned us if we went to the correct place. 2. Service attitude - we asked for help with the hotel address and a local phone number for the delivery app . A male receptionist showed great impatience in assisting us (sighing and rolled his eyes) right in front of us. This really disappointed us as we expected better service.

The hotel is about a few hundred meters away from Exit A of Erji Road of Metro Line 1, which is very convenient for travel. There are eating and shopping malls nearby. Checked in very late, but the front desk clerk was still very good. We ordered takeaway and helped deliver it to the door. The room design is good, the space is large, the window sill is large, and the view is good. Especially praise their breakfast, a lot of choices, good taste, there is no price increase during the National Day, very conscience ～～ recommended ～
