Quiet space. Many dishes on the menu. Clean, slightly smelly of cigarettes. The hotel is centrally located, very convenient for traveling. Especially close to the old town.

I originally booked a Shadow Battlefield twin room, but after arriving at the hotel and seeing the room, I decisively chose to pay the difference and stay in the Brothers Open Black twin room. The configuration of this room is really high. At first, I was worried whether the room would smell of smoke. After arriving at the room, I didn't smell any smoke, which was really surprising. The room is also very wide. The most praiseworthy is the coffee and milk tea, which can be made 24 hours a day and tastes really good. There is also an area on the first floor where you can surf the Internet. It is really super clean. This snack room is really worth praising. There are so many kinds of snacks. The front desk is super enthusiastic, and the clothes are also in line with the theme of the e-sports hotel. It is really super super recommended! ! !

I have no idea whether or not overseas people can see all these reviews. I just post! I like this hotel much. It first time for me and my bf stay as well, we did stay here around 1wk It is not that ex, It's worth every penny you spend I feel there is a mini gym, washing machine and dryer x2 each. rooftop canteen and bar, and mini pool. u can have a damn nice view of this city, esp during the sunset period over the bar or pool area. The hotel do supply breakfast which includes local food, Chinese food, and western diet, salad, fruits, desert, milk, coffee machine. the TV also can change to English which is very friendly to all foreigners if no idea which hotel u want to stay, do try this !!! ( I no have much photos as I'm kind of a "lazy" people)

The quality of the floors, finishings, bathroom, excellent. The gym is really nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. The staff members are really friendly and very helpful! My family wanted to take photos with the receiving host at the door who always insisted on opening doors for them and packing their luggage. A very pleasant experience and welcome to china for them. Thank you!

The stay experience was excellent! The room was spacious and bright, with all the facilities, and the bedding was comfortable and soft, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The hotel service was thoughtful and considerate, and I felt the warmth of home from check-in to check-out. The location is also very convenient. There is a subway to the airport, and it is only 2 kilometers to the high-speed rail station. There are all kinds of restaurants and shopping around. The breakfast is rich, combining Chinese and Western, and there are local specialties. The most friendly thing is that there is a free gym and laundry room. The laundry room has laundry detergent and disinfectant. It's very good. I stayed for two days and left the hotel early due to work. My parents stayed one more day. My parents don't know how to use mobile phones, and it's also a hassle to take a taxi. Thanks to the beautiful lady at the front desk for helping my parents get a taxi in the end. I was very satisfied with the overall stay and strongly recommend it to every traveler who pursues quality life! ”

The hotel is in a great location. It's 3 minutes across the road to the subway, and there is also a popular market, two large fruit stores, and several large shopping malls 5 to 10 minutes away. The popular mushroom pot is also within walking distance. The hotel is on the 8th floor and can be reached by several elevators. The room has Xiaodu voice control for lighting, curtains, air conditioning, etc., and a smart toilet.

booked this hotel last minute as the previous hotel was not up to standard. 欣怡 was amazing. what a thoughtful staff. novotel ought to promote her. she kindly showed us the way to the convenient store and introduced a lot of nice places for us to visit and to have our meals. you can tell that she’s not the pretentious type but someone that puts her heart and soul into what she does/enjoys. // this is one of the best novotel hotel i’ve stayed. room is SO clean. they even have kids bedroom slippers and toothbrush. everything was thoughtfully planned out. nice shower system as well. they have dyson too haha

It was my first time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. 20 to 25th August 2024. Every time I come to Kunming I stay at Sofitel Hotel but I will change my mind in future. I was pleasantly surprised that the this hotel service was very good. 1, warm welcome from the front desk receptionist, quick check-in and check-out. 2, the room staff is professional and smiling. 3. The warm service of the restaurant staff. @Amazingly, the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and lunch, which are very rich and nutritious. All hotel staff are very warm every day,makes me feel at home. I’m sure I will choice again this hotel when I have business trip in Kunming.

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers.
