下午2點到的酒店、我們一起一共三個房間，衹給我們一個房間是打掃好的、其他2個房間需要等一下，我們等了一個半小時，和我們説房間還沒打掃好、期間並沒有催促過工作人員、前台經理態度惡劣，和我們説晚上6點之前都不一定能打掃好、請問你們的阿姨4個小時打掃不出2間房間嗎！房間寫的是pola洗護也不是，吹風機也不是戴森！欺騙客户

第一次住到服務態度那麼差的酒店！訂的套房 下午兩點到的 跟我説還沒打掃出來！然後就在朋友的房間裏坐着玩！等了兩個小時！房間還沒打掃出來！忍不住了打電話問前台 被告知還沒打掃！然後就去前台找了，全程一個女的一臉不屑！沒有一點酒店安排不合理的樣子覺得自己很**！對這種人的服務態度也太無語了！請問打掃個套房需要那麼久嗎？然後我就説要找最高經理投訴！結果擺臭臉的就是最高經理 問我要怎麼 退房嗎？拜託 我都等了兩個小時 你説讓我退房？什麼玩意啊！因為滿客安排不過來是我客户的原因？那你們酒店前期安排點什麼東西？我是臨時預約的嗎？去到前台吵了之後跟我們説打掃好了，去到房間 該有的兩條浴巾也衹有一條 牙膏牙刷全沒有 介紹中的沐浴露是pola的也不是pola，説是戴森吹風機也不是戴森的！免費小食，歡迎水果也全部沒有！這種店不值得去第二次！又想賺鐘點房的錢又想賺整租的錢！吃相太難看！最高經理這種態度！也早點倒閉吧！

酒店附近很漂亮 房間也打掃的非常乾淨 前台長得很好看態度也是非常好 而且問前台問題也會很有耐心的回覆我 還會貼心的指引我到房間 而且價格非常實惠 下次來還會訂這個酒店非常棒 希望來崑山陽澄湖出差或者遊玩的人多看看這種寶藏酒店實在是太好了 服務又周到環境又好
