Very nice hotel. I went there with friends and family during the National Day holiday. I didn't expect that we were all upgraded to the lakeside for free. We could fish directly on the balcony. The children liked it very much. The service at the front desk was also very good. They added a large mattress for us to meet the needs of a family with two children. In addition, the brick rubbing handmade experience provided can be played by children and adults, which is quite interesting. There is a brick kiln factory next to the hotel parking lot. Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.
