We were a group of six and booked a weekend room. It was quite popular. The toiletries and perfumes were all luxury brands. A very cozy resort, suitable for lazy people like me. I don't want to visit attractions everywhere. I just stay in the room to eat and drink, enjoy the refreshing lake view, and have a comfortable vacation... Unfortunately, there was a typhoon passing through, and there were heavy rain and storms. The owner agreed to delay check-out, so we escaped the two hours of the heaviest wind and rain!!! Overall, it is worth recommending...

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.
