設施：衞生間乾濕分離、空調製冷效果好，設施齊全
衞生：床品和物品整潔乾淨
環境：周邊是商業區，購物、餐飲非常方便
服務：熱情周到，告知有自助洗衣區，早餐很豐富，新疆這邊早餐時間有點晚，早8：30開始。另停車方便，就在酒店大門口。

酒店裝修相對同價位有些簡陋和商家圖片還是有一定差別的，帶着長者孩子來的要多注意，房間浴室隔斷的防水是幾乎沒有的，洗完澡之後水會流在房間裏，整個地上非常的滑。而且設施陳舊洗臉盆的水龍頭是會向正上正前上方漏水滋水的，正好會打濕洗手者的衣服。酒店礦泉水不是滿足供應，衹有房間裏的兩瓶是免費，後期再要需要另付費的。

房間比較大，衞生細節不夠，淋浴器上都是水垢，花灑噴頭漏水。樓下餐廳很多，停車位比較緊張，保安服務積極熱情。早餐很簡單，門口坐一女的，讓人以為是用完餐的客人呢，自己詢問才知道是收餐券的，服務態度生硬，像是進了員工餐廳，員工的餐具就明晃晃地放在公共用餐區。餐桌上放的是捲紙，還不如客房衞生間放的帶花紋帶斷點的衞生紙。整個入住過程，除了感受到保安的熱情，唯一一次看到笑臉的就是退房時前台姑娘問“是網上訂的嗎？給個好評！”

房間挺大，洗浴，淋浴，馬桶三者隔離，我很喜歡這樣的佈局，淋浴水大舒適；門口可以停車，客服還給送了水果，很熱情；酒店離庫車王府也不遠，早餐一般，但供應早餐還是給遊客帶來了方便，繼續努力吧。
