They just sprayed air freshener, which made the chemical smell even stronger, and after a while, the urine smell became more concentrated than before. It was never resolved. 2. The towels were torn. 3. I stayed for two days, and on the second day, there was no hand towel. 4. Also, on the second day, one bath towel was missing. I called the front desk to report it and said I wanted to complain, but no one bothered to follow up. 5. When I asked for an invoice, the amount was short by over 30 yuan. I messaged the hotel on WeChat, but received no response for a long time. This is truly a terrible hotel; it has completely ruined the Hilton brand for me."
