Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kusadasi

The Ramada Resorts by Wyndham Kusadasi. We are there has I write this review. Beautiful hotel but theres no peace at all. Unless you go to the chill pool. Even in our room, there's kids running the landing. I have nothing against children. I have 2 of my own. But they are meant to be in school. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I definitely wouldn't return . From our balcony you can see views of the pools ..Every bed is taken by towels by 830am . People need to get a life and the hotel management need to review this . Unhappy customer.

Came here for 2 weeks and 5 days left everything was amazing for us the food is amazing the beer is lovely it's nice and light the cocktail bar is lovelllly. The stuff are so friendly the entertainment team do a great job especially Arda. They all work so hard to make our holiday amazing 👏 We will come back next year again! 3 years in a row

The food is nice most of the time. The drinks are amazing my favourite one is beer 🍺 and also the cocktails are nice. In daily activities darts and the water pool games they are really fun when you are watching. In the night time my favourite show is red and white party, also fire show was amazing.

Ill start with a positive but thats where it ends. The room was adequate and spacious , the food was safe if not predictable. The hotel its self is not in my opinion as described 5 star, nor is the all inclusive plus all inclusive. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels in turkey so can compare. The alcoholic drinks tasted watered down compared to the ones in the local bars. The wine whilst drinkable was unpalatable and to get anything nice was an extra £25 per bottle. What i would consider to be pretty box standard cocktails like expresso martini were also charged extra so expect a bar bill at the end of the week if you have discerning tastes. If you have diebetes forget it you are limited to watery diet coke or water. I had to go out and buy a bottle of slimline tonic just so i could have a g and t also everything is served in paper cups which i kind of understand by the pool, but not in the rooms or bars. Whilst most of the staff were very good we came across a few that were rude. Be prepared for sun-bed wars there were towels out at 5 am with no one occupying them for hours . the main pools are loud and full of kids which is fine if you dont mind that, but unless your up with the sparrows you wont get in the quiet pool area. The hotel could manage this better by monitoring beds and removing items from beds that are not occupied as they have done in other hotels we have stayed in. Also there is no waiter service at the pool which i would expect in a 5 star hotel The location is on a hilly road so if you have mobility issues its perhaps not for you. The beach is a 15 min bus ride in the shuttle bus, but we didn't find it very nice. The city is about the same distance in the other direction but you will need to catch a local bus or taxi. There is a local restaurant promoted in the hotel. Planet yuca we went and whilst the food was ok it certainly wasn't anything to write home about .the entertainment was good though. they wouldn't let us pay in lira on the card only eu GBP or dollar, so the price of the meal was £25 more than it should have been with the conversion rate so just be aware as the meal was expensive to start with, and cocktails were circa £12. We had a far better meal at the sherwood in ladies beach at half the price.

Entertainment is fantastic everyday there is something new to be excited about…drinks and cocktails are amazing..there is 4 big swimming pool which is great so there is a lot of space to swim around in..the restaurants are very well done the food is amazing and there is a lot of variety’s to choose from ..the hotel rooms are massive and perfect for a family ..i 100% reccomend to come here on your next holiday

Me and my husband we love to come here as much as we can spending amazing time with entertainment team Harris is so lovely boy and the pool games everything so fun evening shows are good every night different amazing shows the pool and food so good also

Just got back from the Ramada and our views are mixed. Restaurant and Food - food was ok but no variation and quite boring. A La Carte was very rushed and not a great standard Rooms - spacious but could do with tidying up in shower areas Pools are good but with same issues as any other hotels with beds been taken early and people not using them Entertainment started too late for most people with shows starting at around 10pm Concierge just watched my wife struggle with cases rather than helping, I was getting us water and food at the time Most of the staff are quite miserable even though your friendly with them. The staff that went above and beyond were Jet2 representative Halit who was amazing and was always there to support and help Reception - Elif who was always friendly and was helpful with everything Guest relations - Yagmur, Marina and Humeyra who were happy, friendly and so supportive all the time along with helping with any questions and help required big shout out to all those named as they always went above and beyond to help people XX thank you so much we really appreciate everything you all did to make our stay special
