I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!

So this hotel has everything you need - it is located 5 mins from the centre, has all the amenities you want in a hotel, fantastic breakfast, hotel terrace, toiletries, is comfortable and clean...but the best part about it, is the manager - Tatia. She made us feel at home, was extremely helpful, sorted out every issue and answered every question no matter how big (helping us book tours) or small (needed a nail cutter). She makes every guest feel seen and heard and truly gave us a feeling of home. even when we left the hotel, she walked us to the car, made sure the driver knew where to go and asked us to call her if we needed any help during the rest of our stay in the country.

Hotel was very nice cozy and brilliant clean. breakfast vas good and fool. staff is very friendly and smily, they gave you to feel as you are most important guest for them. room is good size l with all important amenities, closet, hunger thats was useful for long time stay, room was clean and fresh, I will come back.
