The service is very bad they charged for bringing food in ur room extra money .breakfast are service for only one person instead of two people.no towel or much amenities in the room . There was light out no plant was on . They wanted to charge extra money for my room . Because they made a mistake selecting the rooms for me

I booked an executive room and I was surprised to see the kind of room I was given. Room wasn't even ready when I got there, had to wait 20minutes. The room was not the "executive" to say the least. Tiny table in the roomand no where to work if you needed a desk. Bed was super hard- didn't even feel like it was a mattress but it was! Bathroom wasn't up to par. Phones in the room didn't work. Waited till 9am to get breakfast and ended up checking out without getting breakfast, meanwhile I asked for breakfast at 6.30 am.
Overall, service was horrible.
