Kaikatei Hanagozen

The service was very good. When our car arrived at the parking lot, the staff came out to greet us. They helped us carry our luggage and carefully put bags on the wheels. The food is delicious. The Matsuba crab is very fresh and the arrangement is also very good. The room for dinner faces the snow view and the environment is good. It feels good to have a private bath in the room

The room was great. It was a room where you can relax in the bath with a view. The food was fancy too. Meat dishes have a slightly strong taste... maybe because it was summer. There was a feeling that I was in a hurry, such as cooking and cleaning up, but they responded kindly.

This is my second time staying at Kaikatei. I wanted to invite a friend who has been very kind to me. The lobby and garden were very nice. I booked a crab course for 38,000 yen, but it was below average, which was a shock. Do I need to improve the rank to eat delicious crab? I invited a dear friend because the reviews are good, so I'm a bit shocked. I'm shocked because the reviews and our impressions are so different.

There was a problem with the travel support procedure, but I contacted the travel website and was able to receive support. The room service and the staff were kind, and I used it two years ago during the same crab season, and I was a repeat customer, and I would like to use it again next year. I felt that the staff's response was important.
