The hotel service was very enthusiastic. They sent us to the bus station separately. The luggage storage service was also very good. After we went out for a walk, they gave us tea and wet wipes. We sat in the cafe open to the public for a while and pointed out which seat had the coolest air conditioning. It is relatively close to the three surrounding temples. The riverbed cuisine in the evening was also very delicious, and each person was given a fan. There is also a large bath for hot springs. It is highly recommended for people who want to go to Kaohsiung Mountain. Bring your equipment and you can even camp near the riverbed. It is very comfortable and there are few people.

It was a perfect experience. I came to Mount Takao during the cherry blossom season. There were not many people and it was very quiet. The maple trees in the mountains had just sprouted new buds. From time to time, there were a few tall cherry blossoms as white as snow. You can also see the cherry blossoms of various colors blooming on Mount Yoshino from a distance. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The dinner is a Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine, and the breakfast has the famous local soup tofu, which are very rich and beautiful. The hotel faces the stream, and everything you can see is lush and green, a beautiful spring scene. During the day, you can walk to the three surrounding temples. The boss is very enthusiastic. When we went down the mountain, he took us directly to the Arashiyama tram station to continue the next trip.

Totally amazing location and really lovely staff. Good food and great service. The staff were always helpful, lovely and just up for a laugh. I can't think of anything bad about it, and I'm so happy i managed to talk my group into going. They all loved it. Maybe the best single bit of our holiday. Lovely traditional Ryokan.
