It's wonderful. The location is excellent. If you take the bus, it's diagonally in front of the bus stop, facing the main street. 20 seconds. I walked from Marumachi, and it took about 20 minutes. If you see Shimamura and McDonald's on your right, it's across the street. There are three locks, so it's safe. In hotel terms, it's a "suite." I was able to use the bedroom, living room, toilet, washroom, and bath all by myself. Having a bathtub is great for relieving fatigue. There is everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor, comb, toothbrush, electric kettle, and teacups. There are no yukatas, so bring your own pajamas. It's very clean. The windows are double-glazed to block out noise. When you open the windows, you have to turn up the volume of the TV because of the sound of cars on the main street in front, but if you close the double-glazed windows, you can't hear them at all, so you can make a little noise in the room without worry. It's very clean. The bed is normal and will be fine for people around 167cm, but tall foreigners may have trouble. Two people can stay comfortably. If you are traveling with a family, a family of three will have no problem. Four people are OK, but five people might be a little tight, but there are futons. It's close to Ritsumeikan University. I had business at Ritsumeikan this time, and it's only about a 10-13 minute walk. There is a supermarket and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, so it's not a problem. The staff at the inn answered all my questions in advance and were quick to respond. Highly recommended.
