The room is quite spacious for a stay in Japan. Two suitcases can be fully unfolded and there is still a lot of space. Although there is a railway outside the window, the window is well soundproofed and there is almost no noise. The room is also very clean. There is a Lawson downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping.

Excellent hotel, located a minute's walk from Toji station, Kyoto station is a 15-minute walk away.
Within walking distance there are supermarkets, cafes, and a shopping center nearby.
The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean.
The breakfasts are delicious, in addition to breakfasts there are always drinks until 12 at night.
The staff is responsive, they will always help and advise on all issues.

location: very close to Kyoto station. But Toji is not a JR station, which means you will need to pay extra fee when you traveling from JR lines
facilities: I can't ask for more. spacious room, very clean bathroom and user friendly. there's many usb charging outlet so you don't need to worry about this.
service: 120% satisfaction. reception staffs were super nice and helpful. they also offer complimentary refreshment in lobby so that's absolutely outstanding. I am a fan now.

This hotel is very convenient for transportation. There is a subway and bus at the door. It is convenient to go anywhere. The front desk is quite polite. The room is clean. The breakfast is good and there is afternoon tea. I will recommend it to my friends.

It was very good. It's right in front of the station so it's very convenient.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The free warabimochi dessert, available for a limited time, was delicious. It was great that we could choose our drinks. The staff were very kind and it was a great hotel.
