The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and they are as big and spacious as the others. A family of six can eat and drink at the same time without any pressure. There is a Dyson hairdryer, which is a plus. The only drawback is that there is no parking lot.

Staff are very nice and helpful, we had a smooth check in and learned how to use the access code for gaining access to the room. The room is very spacious with nice cool design, the TV is big and nice.
Location of the hotel is very close to Kyoto train station and local amenities.

The kitchen was very large, the desk was big, and the size of the room was such that even about 15 people could have a party! It was good that Netflix was connected to the TV ◎ Tableware and cooking utensils are also available. Everything in the room was sophisticated and clean! From the moment we entered the reception area we were made to feel welcome. Our room had 4 bunks, sunken lounge area, separate toilet and a massive bathroom with shower and twin sinks.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the many accommodations offered such as pour over coffee in our room each morning, the laundry room, the ease of walking to either Goji Station or Kyoto Station and being located right across from the beautiful temple.

It’s a gem. Walkable to the train station and also many attractions. We had a room with a view of the temple across the street. Was a highlight of our time in Kyoto. Staff is friendly and they had an assortment of things you can “check out” for free. Enjoyed the selection of records and cookware. Highly recommend.
