I have been staying in this structure several times and, unfortunately, I was completely disappointed at the last time. In fact, the experience at the reception, usually always unfair, immediately after I have provided my identity card, I ask for payment by card, the employee takes my card and despite returning my name and name asks me to to give him the one with which I booked online, telling me that I had to check my identity, now I wonder, you have my document in your hand, you have my card with which I want to check the room in advance, I am a customer with dozens of nights, why should I show the card I booked with? And if I left it in Italy? It's really unfortunate to be treated as if I were a non-reliable person. We come to the room, in and temperature is intolerable, too warm and a disturbing bad smell, I'm acting the conditioning plant by supporting the absurd noise it was making. After a while I decided to shut off it and go to my job date. When I come back to the evening again, I am very tired of the trip, I simply decide to turn off the conditioning without warning the reception because I should certainly have waited for the maintenance. It was not finished, the room was covered with a layer of powder not worthy of a 4-star structure, but also a pension, the furniture was ruined, smacked, squeezed with the risk of finding some wooden stains. The receptionist has made me clear this, but I am quick and quite disappointing that they have not chosen this structure after so long.

Returned yesterday from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a 'comfort double room' (as described on **********) and it was compact yet spacious enough for the two of us. The room was clean and well equipped; TV, large and very comfy bed, minifridge, safe, shampoo and shower gel, towels and a hairdryer (full sized not a little travel one.) There was also a small, modern style Juliette balcony. Having the air con on and complimentary water in our room on arrival was a welcomed touch. The staff were friendly and attentive. Can't say anything about the rooftop bar as it wasn't open during our stay, but the area itself was. The pool is shallow and narrow but you can swim in it, just one at a time if you want to do lengths! We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but across the road is a cafe doing coffee and a croissant for €1.85. Some reviews have penalised the hotel for its location but that's hardly the fault of the hotel. It's full address and location are available when booking so we strongly recommend always looking up a hotel's location and links to the transport network (if required) BEFORE booking. It wasn't our first time to Barcelona and we know how great the metro system is so we walked about 7 mins to Torassa station each day. We got the metro from the airport to Torassa (line L9S ) which took around 25 mins, was direct, and around €5.50 each. You can also get a T casual ticket (formerly the T10) which allows you 10 journeys (train/metro/bus) for approx. €13. Totally understand why someone would want to stay more central, especially if on a short break or first time in the city, but just letting you know available options. Overall, a great hotel

The hotel staff was really lovely. They even went an extra length to organise a little surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. The room was really clean and the hotel is next to a big shopping mall where you can get food. Also, the bus stop and metro station is 5 mins away by foot.

Radha Hotel is a peaceful place to relax next to a small park. Renzo, our host helped us with our luggage and was very insightful with suggestions where to go nearby for dinner. The rooms were super clean with a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. The entrance door to the hotel had a key which was given only to guests of the hotel along with our room key. We felt very safe in this neighborhood with many families out enjoying the nice weather.

Can’t really fault the hotel. Lovely and clean and well located. Unfortunately we got one of our bags stolen out of the boot of the car whilst I was stood right by it. Parked right outside the hotel just to load up. I had 2 children already seated in the car and was stood in between the hotel and the right rear passenger seat. A woman called out to me right outside the hotel front door asking about some cigarettes that were on the floor. I dismissed her but she kept calling out to me and I think as I turned my head towards her someone must have swiped the rucksack from the car. With hindsight I think she had placed a packet of cigarettes on the floor as part of a scam. Not the hotel’s fault but just a warning to others to be vigilant. I knew Barcelona had a reputation for theft but didn’t expect it in this part which is a lot quieter.

Stayed here for 6 days with my daughter was not the best , booked twin room and paid extra for balcony we were told they had no twin rooms with balcony terrace left only doubles so complained and had to wait over an hour for room to be sorted no issues with room really lovely room and extremely comfortable and very clean. Not very safe if females alone the balcony is not private and anyone can climb over metal fencing due to only at low height . Picture added to this review of terrace/ balcony Rude staff on reception and did not really understand English which made it very difficult to explain, they were short and rude in their manner. Although the cleaning staff was very good with English and really lovely and always said hello . The pool is lovely although we could not use it has it had been taken over by a group of men play fighting in the pool and playing rap music very loud and smoking cannabis so not a nice place to sit and nobody from the hotel said anything to them. Some times the lift and corridors had really strong smell of cannabis which made you feel sick. We sat away from the pool on our own when a foreign looking male came up to my daughter touched her face and neck and said pretty girls, I was so shocked I couldn’t move and was horrified . I went to reception to ask to speak with the manager the male on reception was not understanding anything I said but managed to tell me no manager was there. So I tried to explain what had happened and he said did I want to speak with the man who did it !!!!! I was hoping the manager might do that but I told him to forget it and dealt with it the next day myself when the male was by the pool. Then after putting him straight about touching my daughter another male from the uk came up to me and said he had done the same to his girlfriend WOW. when is this hotel going to sort themselves out you can not have men in your hotel touching up the guests . If it had not been our last day I would of got the police involved but we were going next morning and could not wait. Worse hotel for service I have ever stayed in and will not stay in one of that brand ever again . Shocking service . Even on checkout no goodbye just blank expressions like you get all the time .
