Hôtel à taille humaine et chaleureux. Très bon accueil ; l'ensemble du personnel a été très sympathique et professionnel. Literie impeccable. Hôtel calme. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment parfait ; on se régale de produits salés et sucrés frais. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa !

I came across a room that had not been made up. Fortunately the person who was there for the night found me another room, this time clean.

Accustomed to the best westerns, the hotel avenue bois d'amour is not worth a 4 star....we had room 212. Stained carpet, cobwebs in the toilet room without sink. no ds bathroom socket. Poor finish. Breakfast is not worth the price, almost nothing left, even the bread. Spa clean but not cheesy. Mold on the walls and dirty and greasy jacuzzi waterline. No one from the spa said a very furtive hello and didn't smile at all. Lack of privacy because all the curtains are removed. This hotel cannot be described as excessively dirty but there is a serious lack of finishing and hygiene. When we leave we meet other customers who have the same feelings as us.

pleasant and spacious room, very warm welcome, varied, gourmet and very generous breakfast, quiet and pleasant location, little touches in the room on arrival (kettle, tea, coffee, bottles of water, small cakes) In short, we will come back! Very nice treatment and spa, very kind staff

Good reception but the rest does not follow. Elevator broken. Breakfast first morning with moldy oranges, no extra bacon at 9:10 a.m. while breakfast until 10:30 a.m., frozen bread. On Sunday we remove the fruit juice machine, the ready-made orange juice looks like puree. The breakfast area very cramped to help yourself. 14 euros is not worth it. The cata spa: hammam, sauna not very hot, jacuzzi with cloudy water and dirty edges, the large cold water bath and no jets, 15 euros for that is not normal. Access via the terrace fortunately it was not raining. Room: no heating in the bathroom to dry the towels, Italian shower floods the bathroom. Pillows too flat. Very disappointed for a 3 star Best Western

Disappointed for the Spa part, the hammam was out of service, we were supposed to be 4 people max but there were 6 of us, so we were not able to enjoy the Spa as much as we would have liked. For the hotel part, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied.

We had a pleasant stay at La Baule as a couple. Concerning the positive points, pleasant welcome on our arrival, clean room, quality restaurant at M as we had a smartbox and hearty lunch. However, regarding the negative points, in the room and the corridors, there is carpet everywhere which does not reflect cleanliness and hygiene, which is a shame. The big negative point is the spa with a young blonde girl who is really not smiling, she didn't even welcome us on our slot supposedly she was in treatment but hey it was limited, moreover the cleanliness left something to be desired the jacuzzi was not clean, cloudy with hair on the walls, sauna not hot, hammam old and hot tub cold, impossible to access despite the rise in temperature, in fact no one went there. And regarding the spa drinks, empty bottles even though it is still indicated that you need to hydrate during these moments of relaxation. I will not repeat the experience in this hotel

To avoid when it's hot! No air-conditioned room, room overlooking a busy street. Insufficient fan in the room. So, stay in this hotel in winter only!
