It was a great pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel again. The hotel offers a great location, and a free shuttle service to the beach and other locations in town. It has several pools, but the most impressive is the Infinity Pool on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the beach and the beautiful landscape. Our suite was very impressive and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of food and champagne included. If you like sports the hotel has tennis, paddle and volleyball courts as well as a gym. We had an incredible stay at the Holiday Village Costa del Sol with TUI, and it’s safe to say this hotel is made for families, especially if you have children. The pool offering was exceptional, with plenty of variety—from the toddler-friendly areas to pools for older kids and even adults! The Beach Club, just across the bridge, was a real highlight, offering stunning pools and a great atmosphere. The staff here really made our holiday special. From the chefs to the receptionists, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. But the real stars of the show were the TUI entertainment team and the crèche staff. A special shoutout to Fran, Delilah, and Cathy, who were absolutely fantastic. Our kids adored their time at the crèche, and it was clear that their days were packed with fun and engaging activities. You truly made their holiday magical, and we can’t thank you enough! The food was also a pleasant surprise! We never had a cold meal, and there was always a good variety to choose from. The themed nights were a nice touch, offering a little something for everyone’s taste. Now, onto a couple of things to consider. While the facilities are fantastic, the décor and rooms are quite dated and in need of a refresh. For a hotel aiming to maintain its 4-star rating, updating the rooms and common areas with modern décor would significantly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the arcade area could use some attention. Some of the machines were a bit outdated, and a few didn’t work properly, which was disappointing for the kids. The spa also looked like it had seen better days, and could definitely benefit from some updates to match the rest of the hotel’s offerings. A refresh and some maintenance here would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. Lastly, we noticed quite a few hornets and wasps around the resort. While they didn’t bother us much, we did see a few people get stung, so if you’re prone to reactions, maybe pack some antihistamines just in case. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for a fun, family-friendly getaway. This isn’t the essence of luxury, but it’s the perfect place for family fun. Stayed at the Wiru arrived before 2, rooms where ready, quick check in yes did have to pay 25 euros for adult wrist bands as they are your door keys too we knew this before we came. Room was of a good size and balcony too. Bed was comfy. A little tired in places but we didnt spend much time in it. The pool was ideal for children sloped in like a beach then got deeper. Pool bar was good nice staff yes sometimes a queue gave you chance to chat to other guests. Thank you to the restaurant desk staff who sorted out my gluten free meals they where so lovely and gave us big hugs most days. Food was good I did use the microwave a couple of times at breakfast not a problem for me. Thanks Carmen, Alba and Mario and all the animation team we had a great time with you, you are the best. The entertainment after the kids dancing was good we enjoyed it not on every night but you can go to the other hotels if you let them know. The water park was ok the pirate ship was not in use while we where there very busy with school children too. The resturant in the water park was good. We have a lovely family holiday thanks again

There is no Wi-fi in this hotel for customers! We were 4 nights over there and were never able to use it, cause it’ s not working at all in a Room, at balcony or outside in the garden or pool areas. Don’t trust that it’ s there for you to use at your Stay. Overall the hotel is nice. There is sauna and hot tub in the garden and also a swimming pool to enjoy. Outside kitchen area provides a barbecue setting to use if you want and also needed tablewear and place to wash your dishes. Nicely set up. This hotel is small. Only few Rooms (10?) and in two floors. Most of them in the first floor. Balcony’s are separated with plants so you’d feel a little more like it’ s your own space. You can get a welcoming set of coffee pods, a few cold drinks and couple of tea bags, but if you are staying a bit longer than one night, a visit to a supermarket is maybe a good idea. The fridge is small size. You can hear the traffic and Bar noise from near by streets when sitting in outside areas, but Rooms are quite silenced. We did sleep well. If you don’t need to be in contact by Wi- Fi, You will relax nicely. There is a lot of steps to move around and no lifts. That is good to know if steps are impossible for you. For Us it didn’t make any difference. Good location. Easy to park nearby (it is free) or come by buses. In a walking distance there is restaurants, shops and nice place just to walk around in the hills of Pueblo.
