The hotel is really such a gem. It was a lovely one night stay but, way too short. The team was amazing especially Madona in reservations, Jamila and Eric at the reception, Jude and Chithre at the bar… the bathrooms are so spacious and the rooms are clean. The location was perfect.

Loved this resort, it is quiet but has everything you need. It is a well maintained, clean, traditional and up-to-date facility. We loved the charming and characteristic A frame chalets, but staying in the beach house gave us the perfect dreamy ocean view. Breakfast buffet was good with the appreciated freshly made omlette/pancake corner. Evening buffet always had something we liked. Drinks or food at the pool bar a bit pricey but well presented. Staff all together was friendly, helpful and nice, especially the pool bar guys were great! Pity about the weak WiFi connection. It has been my dream destination for a long time and it didn't disappoint. Thanks to all the resort staff for a job well done. Would be back again in a flash.

Apesar dos quartos terem boas condições e a localização ser boa, a comida do hotel consegue fazer com que lhe dê a pior pontuação possível. Fica em frente à praia mas a praia do hotel é muito fraca, água escura e sem areia. No entanto fica perto de acessos a outras praia nomeadamente anse source dargent. As refeições (pequeno almoço e jantar) são péssimos, comida cheia de moscas e abelhas, funcionários não repunham comida, poucas opções de escolha e o que havia era de péssima qualidade. Ao pequeno almoço cheguei a não ter pão sequer… não recomendo este hotel

Travelling from Mahe, we had the most memorable two nights 16+17th June room 63/11. Clean rooms, comfy bed, peaceful sleep.Impecable service "beyond expectation" wide variety appetizing food on the breakfast diner buffet.Feeding the fish restaurant front was one of "the" must have experience.Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

Das Hotel Island Lodge La Digue bietet eine malerische Umgebung mit einem schönem Strand und unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Zimmer sind äußerst gemütlich und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Buffet könnte jedoch etwas vielfältiger sein, da die Auswahl begrenzt ist. Das Personal könnte auch aufmerksamer sein, um den Gästen einen noch angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu bieten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind, insbesondere der atemberaubende Anse Source d'Argent, nur eine kurze Fahrradfahrt entfernt. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine schöne Erfahrung, die durch einige Verbesserungen noch besser werden könnte.

Older hotel with beautiful views of the beach. The interior of the room however (beachfront suites) desperately needs an upgrade— old furniture, extremely hard mattresses, and a bathroom that has window looking into the bedroom. Weird. The food was good, but most of the restaurant staff don’t seem very happy… they would seldom smile at the customers. Lastly, the swimming pool needs to repaired… the laminate lining of the pool is slowly starting to separate from the concrete floor. Three out of 5 stars is a very fair rating for this property.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questo resort e la nostra valutazione è meraviglioso. Immerso nel verde, gli spazi ampi permettono di ricavare un po'di tranquillità nonostante il gran numero di ospiti. La pulizia ottima sia degli spazi esterni che della camera, meravigliosa anche quella (noi avevamo prenotato una di quelle casette piramidali in prima fila). La cucina molto buona e varia, adatta sia agli adulti che ai bambini. Lascio per ultimi due aspetti che sono alla base della mia valutazione: la spiaggia/giardino pieno di fiori di ogni tipo, incantevoli, e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Sicuramente se torneremo a La Digue sarà la nostra prima scelta. Anna
