Hotel Punta Serena & Resorts- Couples Only

Antes de ir cheque los comentarios y había algunos que me hacían dudar en ir, después de pensarlo decidimos experimentar por nosotros mismos y fue una muy grata experiencia, una de las mejores atenciones por parte de todo el personal que labora en ese hotel, algunas mejoras sobre todo en el baño de la habitación se agradecería mucho pero delo demás nada de que quejarse, la comida y la atención de lo mejor, con mucho gusto volveríamos a visitarlos, gracias

En nuestra visita mas resiente, observamos que se mantiene el nivel de servicio, tristemente la ocupación no mejora, o al menos en cada una de las 8 visitas que hemos hecho en los últimos 4 años la mayoría de la veces nos toca que hay máximo 5 parejas hospedadas, solo un par de veces hemos contado mas de 10 parejas, y digo tristemente, por que aunque los que lo frecuentamos a menudo buscamos ese escaparate de las grandes masas de los hoteles convencionales, aquí solo hay 24 habitaciones y cuando hay buena ocupación el hotel toma un toque diferente, aun cuando cada pareja este concentrada en sus actividades y descanso, la atmósfera se siente con una energía muy buena y esto se respira en el ambiente, normalmente siempre ha tocado entablar alguna conversación amena con parejas que se encuentran ahí alrededor de la alberca, en la playa o jacuzzis, incluso hay mas de una pareja con la que ya hasta en 3 ocasiones en diferentes fechas, hemos coincidido, y esto es parte de la esencia del PUNTA SERENA. El servicio muy bueno, los alimentos de buena calidad, gran sazón y excelentes porciones y presentación y sobre todo la atención del chef al estar dispuesto a cocinar algo a tu gusto en caso de querer algo mas picante, menos picante, sin sal, sin grasa, que si alguna fruta, que si los huevos a la derecha o a la izquierda, jejeje, en fin, todos y cada uno de los integrantes del equipo del hotel, siempre han tenido un plus en sus atenciones hacia nosotros, por cierto, los invito a retribuir ese plus con su respectiva propina, aunque no es obligatorio, es algo que desde mi punto de vista, es necesario como gesto de agradecimiento hacia las personas que se esmeran en hacernos pasar unos días maravillosos. En cuanto a las instalaciones, yo lo divido en 2 partes, el descanso y el esparcimiento, el descanso (las habitaciones) fuera de los baños, que si necesitan algún mantenimiento por temas de fugas de agua, la cama y el clima bien, no es un hotel super moderno, o vanguardista, pero tiene lo indispensable para el descanso placentero; y el tema del esparcimiento (áreas comunes como alberca, jacuzzis, playa) bien, limpio y el agua de alberca y jacuzzis a buena temperatura y en el caso de los jacuzzis, tienen la disposición de aumentar o disminuir la temperatura en caso de requerirlo, claro, siempre y cuando sea algo razonable y compatible con las demás personas que estén utilizándolo. si buscas un hotel moderno sofisticado, lleno de gente, con albercas sucias, playa llena de vendedores (no tengo nada en contra del comercio ambulante), fiesta interminable, ruidos excesivos, aun siendo concepto de solo adultos, punta serena no es opción, pero si buscas un hotel limpio, tranquilo, romántico, acogedor, buena comida, buena bebida, incluso un lugar perfecto para fantasear con tu pareja y contemplar amaneceres y atardeceres dignos de cualquier paraíso de clase mundial, y ademas de eso la libertad que brinda una playa totalmente privada por su posición geográfica respe

We were there in March at the Naturism event, the experience was great, everything was excellent, the buffet food, the rooms were very good, the treatment from all the staff was very friendly, the beach was very clean, the facilities in general were quite good, and how the experience was totally naked because it was sensational you can be naked almost everywhere except in the restaurant (obviously) then all the taboos, the paradigms, the modesty, the judgments all that garbage goes down the drain and you only enjoy the contact with nature and the cordial treatment of all guests without any inhibition, I highly recommend visiting PUNTA SERENA and living the experience, I am sure I will return soon

The food is not good, they dilute the juice with water as well as the beans for breakfast. They have a strong problem with flies in the dining area, they must take into account these details of hygiene and food quality. Funny

The Hotel used to be very good, in a Rustic style, the management changed in 2020 and from then on it has become disgusting. We have gone on average 2 or 3 times a year for the last 10 years... in 2022 alone we were 4 times, and there could have been more, but they didn't want to reserve us. The PR Maribel Aguayo took as personal a couple of complaints about cleaning toilets and cigarette butts on the beach, made in April 2022 and June 2022 and decided to "Vetanos" it was no longer possible to book it was always "full", in the end we went in December 2022, booking with my wife's 2nd Name and 2nd Last Name, there was room there. The Empty hotel (from December 22 to 27, super high season, only 3 rooms out of 24 were occupied, approximately 12% occupancy!!!), they made changes, such as putting a password on the internet and restricting two devices per room (we brought phone and tablet each) and you also have to enter the password all the time, instead of improving the customer experience, you end up telling them, it must be clarified, there is no one who steals the signal to merit "Security in the connection" They charged 1900 extras (Mandatory) for a pairing dinner that was mediocre to say the least, especially compared to the one in Dec 2021, expensive, but at least good. I must clarify that we have been/were customers since 2012, visiting the place 2 to 3 times a year, and it has never been as bad as now. A request was made to speak with the Manager, and nothing was reported or anything. Miguel Ángel Peña turned out to be a Manager who does not act as corresponds to his position by following up on customer complaints. It is the time that they do not send the Invoice... The hotel requires a lot of maintenance, it has no staff, in the 5 days that we were there, only 1 day they offered us something from the pool bar, the others never saw a waiter offering something to the guests (6 guests) The first day the pool was heated, the others were not, the bathroom in our room (64) had a leak in the toilet, it has been reported for 2 years, the water leak continues About the dinner , 1900 pesos for a mediocre dinner, poorly served and not enough, I ordered without onion, they brought dishes with onion, I asked for more Lechón, they never brought it, and the dessert... We decided to look for an adult weekend and it was a great visit to Punta Arena. The view is beautiful from the palapa, the service is the best. The quality of food and drinks may be average, but it is made up for by the spacious rooms and adult-friendly beach. The afternoons at the pool...for the photo...!
